Came in during lunch rush. Was treated like I was bothering the whole staff, and it started with management that didn't even acknowledge me until I had been in the store 5-7 min. When I asked questions about several items, I was met with hateful and rude rhetoric. I gave them 2 stars due to the food being decent.

Not real pleased with the sandwich I received. I understand being short handed due to Covid and I’m willing to wait a bit longer for my order but there is no reason for the food quality to suffer. My original roast beef sandwich had a stale bun that was falling apart and the meat was so dry and chewy. I will drive across town to the other location from now on.
My meal looked better than the picture on the menu, and not a disappointment, it was fresh, hot, and a fantastic flavor, I could not have been more happy with my meal. Way to go ARBY'S.
This place is awesome! The food is amazing and everyone is so nice. My order has never been wrong, and no matter how busy you all are you’re always still so friendly. You literally make my day. I would give you all infinity stars if I could ?
Always have food customer service here and our food is always fresh. Might have to wait a few minutes longer than expected but don't mind waiting for our food to be fresh.
Food really good thanks to coupons not a bad deal
They need a larger beef menu. Too many sandwiches are seasonal, need to be available all year long ( beef Philly sub and Angus sub).

Today me and my 5 daughters ordered two chicken strips, and two medium sized fry's, we were eating in my dining room then, one of my daughters went to eat a fry, she bit into it and it was as hard as a rock!! I don’t recommend eating at this Ardys! ps: the ranch is so bad!!
