They ripped me off! I showed the line on the spoon to show how much was actually in there. Paid 2.69 each for 4 tiny ice cream and each one was less than half full. I mean it covered my spoon HALF WAY when I stood in straight up in the cup. And now they won't answer their phone. I'll ABSOLUTELY be getting my money back. Counted it. 4 bites total.
Went in tonight so we could sit down and eat. Service was great and the manager was very friendly and apologized for the slow service due to staffing issues. I completely understand and had no issues with the wait! Our food came out fast anyways and nice n hot! Definitely appreciated the friendly staff and clean dining area. Great job guys!!!Delivery is available from here through Door Dash I believe in case you want/need a delivery.
It took over 10 minutes too get food. The cheese curds were overcooked, cheese outside of the breading. They were out of items, and didn't tell us, til we got to the window and paid. We were put on the spot to change our order, and they offered no apologies, or even coupons. The manager on duty was rude, and started yelling at her employee, before he could close the window. ? poor guy.
Get there Saturday August 28th 2021 about 12:15 in the afternoon nobody in the Drive-Thru takes 20 minutes to get my food and the fries are cold... How in 20 minutes everything should have been fresh and hot!!!

Bought 1 Coney dog. Hardly any Coney sauce. Bought 1 Coney dog with cheese. Hardly any cheese and hardly any Coney sauce. Bought cheese curds. Those were actually good.
It was good, unless it was just us?, did not taste as good as it used to.
Only 4 star cause she forgot my crunches the main reason we go there. Plus they got rid of the 10$ family deal and are taking advantage of fast food and the pandemic by doubling there prices. But 4 star for the food qnd the positive attitude of the drive thru lady. --------REPLY TO OWNER: lol I don't know because I do think the prices went up to kinda take advantage of what's going on. I mean i could care less bout10$ meal thing but 20$ for what was once 10$ ? But the workers are awesome it ain't there fault and thats why i gave 4 stars.
