Went through the drive thru and got four sandwiches. Drive thru was relatively slow. When I went to eat my food, all the food was cold, smothered in mayonnaise, and the buns were stale. Gave more than one star because when I called the manager on the phone, he agreed to replace the entire order next time I came back. The funny part that made me post this review was the managers response at the end of the call, "Sorry for your misfortune." Like what!? ?
Whoever owns this franchise needs to update their hours or manage their staff. The restaurant is never open when it says it is. From the multiple times we’ve stopped on this exist the staff closes early every night it seems. Never open until posted closure time, often times over an hour before.
I mean it's Wendy's. You get what you pay for. Make sure you ask for your fries extra hot or they will usually be cold and rubbery. have to be super specific with the way you order food these days. Like asking for hot food? When the food is supposed to be hot!
Wouldn’t even give 1 star .. I had my boyfriend get me food I am pregnant.. I asked for a Asiago chicken sandwich meal with a strawberry lemonade in the food I got was stale and Old.. we tried to call and no answer and the line was wrapped around the building by the time we tried to go back
I was un able to eat my burger middle of my bun was rock solid with soggy edges.

If it had been a dollar I would have let it go but it was over $33.00. The issue is still not resolved. Now I understand why the line was so short during rush hour. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
the bourbon bacon burger is amazing. I love the flavor , it's like the flavor is melting inside my mouth
