Easily the friendliest Wendy's I've been to. Had to wait for them to cook my fries, fish sandwich, and brew the tea but I knew everything was fresh and it tasted that way. The service was so good that I didn't mind waiting and wish that all Wendy's could have the same level of customer satisfaction. This will be the Wendy's I return to next time I'm in Mansfield.
Got nauseated while eating ground up animals at this restaurant, please avoid this discomfort. Also ordered french fries, said hot and crispy guaranteed on the bag but the product was cold and chewy, sad sad organization, have not received a reply, refund or any sort of compensation for the horrible experience. Not a surprise as I have been through this more than once with this organization. Dave Thomas must be rolling in his grave. The sandwich I was served the other day might as well have been cooked by him, considering how cold and awful it was, I would not be surprised if he had cooked it twenty years ago.
Regarding the Wendy's at 1372 Lexington Ave., Mansfield, Ohio... I always have to ask for my receipt. When the staff member prints it out, he/ she will tear the top and bottom portions off so only the items ordered and the total charged shows. The restaurant ID number and the order number and time are withheld. Apparently, they do not want customers to use the 'talktowendys.com" survey. Hope I can get reimbursed for my lunch expense since the restaurant is not identified on the scrap of a receipt.
Went inside for lunch. Stood in line for 25 minute and still 2 people in front of us. Walked out and went to competitor for lunch. Employees looked liked they had no clue and just took their time!
Often getting old nuggets. One time i got the wrong order....even though I was the only car in the drive thru
One thing I look for in any restaurant or fast food is the service. The employees at this Wendy's are extremely friendly. I felt very relaxed and comfortable dining at this Wendy's. The chili is awesome!!!
Very disappointed. Went to drive thru, ordered a salad, requested extra Caesar dressing, returned to work and there was no dressing in the bag.
Always got good service and good food. Would certainly recommend to everyone and will always be a life time customer.
Walked in and the cooks were having a food fight in the back. Then seen a guy run his hand through his greasy hair with glove and then made a sandwich with it. Place stinks and floor is sticky. Really lives up to the Mansfield reputation.
Why is it everytime I go to any Wendy’s the inside is closed? Every other place is open inside. Today I went and the lady in the drive through yelled out the drive thru window, “WE ARE NOT OPEN INSIDE”. Extremely rude!!!
