Firstly, the man taking my order on April 24th around 1 pm was very rude. It took a while for him to actually take our order which is understandable if it was busy. However, it was not busy when we were there and the dining room was not open. Not sure if they were just understaffed, however, there is still no reason to be so rude to paying costumers. His tone was very harsh and he had a straight to the point type of attitude.
I got home with my order and i received a wrong item on my order which is fine no big deal I get it when it’s busy and lines are long things happen.I called to let them know if I could come back to pick up the item I did not get. The one on the phone asked what my order number was and they said they can’t pull up order numbers. They asked what I got so I started listing what I got but she interrupts me and says “ma’am I don’t have time for this I have a long drive through line so if you have an issue come back through the line. I don’t have time for this right now”.I was not being listened to and they were VERY rude on the phone. I understand being busy and short staffed it happens. But it’s NOT OK to cut them off and say “I don’t have time”Very rude staff for sure!
Worst service they was not very friendly and the food was cold and nasty. Went there a couple months ago and they forgot a whole dinner box. I'll drive to ashland rd next time
We went there on an icy, snowy day. My wife needs to park close to the door and we have a handicap placard for the vehicle. Well, all the handicap spots were taken so we thought the Taco Bell must have a crowd of people in there. When we got in there was no other customers. The employees took the handicap spots so that people like us had to walk the full length of the parking lot on the ice and snow to get in to the store. Not cool man, not cool.
Drinks came with ice in it when we ackedfor no ice, the quesadilla was uncut and lettuce in it, lettuce in a grilled cheese burrito and they used the wrong paper so the cheese on top stuck to the paper. Never have good experiences at this taco bell
Taco Bell is always hit-or-miss. It can be amazing or I can make you feel like you're dying on the toilet for 8 hours. It's like a Gamble
Manager was rude and definitely needs better customer service!!!! They got my order wrong she was willing to replace some of it but tried to say I didn’t know what i ordered when I clearly know what i ordered.
Awesome meal made by Toshika. Store was amazingly clean. Prep areas looked very organized. Got right on our order with perfectly executed hospitality. Our food was made perfectly also. Only complaint I would have is how expensive Taco Bell in generL has gotten. Thank you guys for an amazing experience! Will take out a loan and come again.
They messed up our order, didn’t give a receipt & was very rude. Went back through and that said no, asked for a fork and lady was talking disrespectful towards us & slammed the door ?
This place is terrible. They got rid of all the good food. Small drinks are 2.30. Taco Supreme is 2.60. Regular Tacos are 2 dollars now. I won't be back
