You brought back the Mexican pizza just to be sold out, and have a huge sign advertising the summer sunset freeze and we're out of that too, I can't be the only one upset, and by the attitude given by the cashier I'm sure she'd been getting yelled at all day because of it, but dang taco bell... do better! It had been a very long time since we've even been there and it will most definitely be a long time before we return.

I ordered on the app and choose to pick up in store. I arrive a few minutes before the app said my food was ready. When the app said my food was ready, I walked up to the door and found the door locked. I was forced to wait 15 minutes in the drive through. The gentleman who initially spoke to me was very kind but he began having trouble finding our app order. He was soon interrupted by a rude female employee who spoke very disrespectfully to me and claimed our order wasn't there and sternly told us to pull forward to the second window. Our order was indeed there thankfully however the customer service from the female was uncalled for towards us as paying customers.

No employees or manager approached us waiting at the counter due to we did not want to use the terminal. After we ordered a older couple came and and waited for 15 min before someone came up and told them to use the terminal and they did not know how to use the terminal and had to try it 3 times before understanding it. Emploeeys stayed in the back did not approach the counter one time.2 Nacho fries where cold so we send them back and a young male employee was complaining very loudly about how they where not cold ect and said well they wanna keep complaining I'll give them the (insert punching fist sounds here) suggesting and showing other employees how he would beat me up for making him re do the nacho fries. This was done loudly enough for all the guests to hear and complaining for the next 5 min.The couples order after us was also inaccurate and they had to wait another 5 min to get there order corrected.When I asked for the GM # I was told to figure it out.

Used the drive-thru, my friend ordered her food via the app, which she informed the kids thru the speaker and said there was a second order in the car also. I placed my order and my friend realized she had ordered a small drink and asked if they could please change her drink to large. The kids, and then the manager, rudely said they don't have the capabilities to modify an online order, sorry. When we finally got to the window, the kid said my total was higher than stated at speaker, for some reason, after confirming my order & total at speaker, the kid thought I wanted to add my friend's drink that she couldn't modify. Then the kid hands one bag of food, when asked if it was both our orders, kid shrugged, said didn't know. Another kid says no and gives us another bag. No sauces and no napkins. And definitely won't go back to that one.

Worst Taco Bell in the area!! Order was correct, however it took us 30 minutes to get our order through the drive thru as a mobile order. We ordered 4 of the boxes, and a quesadilla.... yes they we customer boxes of no tomatoes and or sour cream... but really 30 minutes?! We could have gone to a Mexican restaurant at 7:30 in the evening on a Sunday order our food and have it within 15 minutes!! This was ridiculous!

The only one in town I go to. They are the cheapest, nicest, and best in mansfield. I gave it 4 stars because I never know what to expect of my food. Sometimes my food is packed and other times it's not much.

If you like wasting time while waiting on subpar food, be my guest.I waited 15-20 minutes in their drivethru with just 4 cars in front of me. If their drivethru wasnt designed in such a way that boxes you in, I would have certainly left and gone elsewhere rather than waiting.

At 6:45pm on a Sunday night with four cars in front of me and like six behind me, when it was my time to order, the guy said,"sorry were closed" "We don't have much food left"? So I had to wait in line while all the cars in front of me got food, to then drive thru to go some were else. After waiting 15 minutes? Who ever owns this franchise obviously doesn't care, no hours stated on the window which means these children can close at anytime? Get an adult who makes real managerial decisions and can order and operate your inventory properly. Stop blaming COVID and the fact no one wants to work on your poor business decisions.

Everytime I go here, I always get whatever the combo box. It is always delicious and filling.

I would give them a 0 because we found spit in 3 of out tocos... and they did not put out food in boxes... and we were supposed to have 4 large drinks they gave up 2 large and 2 small... it was a terrible experience
