The staff is great! They busted their butts to fill our order. Tasty product. Don't go anywhere else.
By far the most attractive subway I've ever been to appearance wise, always clean. Staff is always friendly and service is quick. However I don't believe they participate in all of the deals amd rewards as they are independently owned, they remain my go-to when I want subway though...

I visited this store and waited at the drive though for a few minutes before being welcomed. Then I was rudely asked to pull up to the window to get my order taken. When I got to the window there was a woman standing there with a child on her hip. Not only is this dangerous but unsanitary. Due to this uncomfortable interaction I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Horrible service! Waited for 10-20 mins at the drive thru and the sign shuts off, after she had said “hold on one moment”, go to leave and the worker is in the car with what I’d assume to be her boyfriend or something. Wish I could leave no stars.Gonna be calling the manager tomorrow and make a complaint.
Worst service in Mansfield, with one vehicle in the parking lot I've been told that the drive through is closed for the season to under staffed, go inside there can be 2-4 employees, don't get your hopes up for lemonade you'll hear lobby fountain drinks are good enough to due to covid they don't serve it, my advice..... save your money and go somewhere else

Always enjoy this location. The staff was accommodating and hard at work the entire time through a rush. They did a great job with our food and made sure to get the perfect amount of toppings on each one. Will definitely be returning. They also have a drive-thru for added convenience.
Order a steak and cheese 12" this is the first time I have ever got it cold. This sandwiches is been a hot sandwiches at every subway I have ever order it from and I was a truck driver so I been all over the US. Then I order double meat and since when do they charge you $3.49 for extra meat on a $6.50 sandwiches that's to much. Pluse the double meat look like what the regular sandwiches was the last time I got one. Now I know why I haven't be to a subway in a long time and I will never go back at least till I forget why I have been there for a while.
