Everytime I have been to this location the service Is horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas and pasta was told it would take 15-20 min well 45 min later we got our stuff, this isn't the first time it has taken a lot longer than they said. Also hardly any customers so I don't get it. One pizza didn't have any sauce, just awful. Don't know about other locations but this pizza hut has been consistently bad.

I ordered from here, told me how long my delivery was and after an half almost a half I called to see when my order was going to arrive and they said it was delivered and never was, so had to wait another hour . They need to fire there drivers or atleast called me …
Absolute worst customer service! placed an order waited an hour an a half called the store and asked about my order and Kristina must of been having a bad day. Calling my husband derogatory names. Once he asked to speak with the manager cody, he proceeded to say he would not refund our $44.76 order or replace the food. He also called my husband out of his name due to being questioned why the food wasn't here and why we couldn't get our money back. I 100% do not recommend this business.
They delivered my order 10 minutes before I asked them to I was very pleased with the service

I've called this number 3 times to ask if they still do the buffet or salad bar at the Ontario location, which is now a automated number sending me to a 3rd party(not the location) to order. When they pick up they ask if I want pick up or delivery, The 1st time I called I told her my question she said, let me transfer you to the location. then she hung up. So I called back thinking I got disconnected.. called the 2nd time as soon as I started asking my question, she hung up directly on me.. 3rd time the same. Geesh-
Something has changed with the pizza. This is our second time getting it that something tastes off. We couldn’t even eat the pizza. So we wasted our money. I’m not sure if it’s the sauce or cheese, but 3 of us agreed something wasn’t good about it.
We placed the order online and it said 10 to 20 min for pick up. I arrived at 20 min and paid at window and was told to park and wait. I waited an additional 20 min and went inside and waited another 10 min for my order. Total of over 50 min. Not sure what took so long. Restaurant was not busy at all.
The $10 box only is an online order and doesn't specify that it's only online, so it's really $12.99 when you call them and they don't tell you anything about it only online. Very disappointed in these places.
