After ordering $40 worth of food, and waiting a hour and a half I called to see what the hold up was. Was told by a very rude lady that the driver knocked on the door and called the number .. well I have two of the yapping dogs ever if you knock on my door they will bark for days .. but the very rude lady informed me that she believes her driver. Well good. Keep your pizza I will never order again !
I gave my order to some corporate answering service. They took my money out of my account and never sent the order to the store. The store told me it was up to me to get my money back. They have just lost a lifetime customer. Update, I miss the flavor so I gave them another chance. They messed up the order. I asked for stuffed crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. I got no stuffed crust and half pepperoni and half chicken. A bunch of pot head kids working there
The delivery driver was great! Extremely pleasant experience for our daughters birthday party. The food was faster then expected and fresh.
I ordered a super supreme and made some substitutions when I ordered. My finished product was not what I ordered. What I got was good, but not what I ordered.
I almost quit buying Pizza Pizza Hut months ago because I thought the quality had fallen way off. But we tried it again in this time it was awesome right on point perfect
The pizza & bread was very good! The only disagreement we had was charging $3.99 for a delivery chrg. Delivery drivers should be getting that cost for using gas! So we went carryout instead!
I Do Not recommend this place!!! If I could give it zero stars I would, people are very rude will hang up on you over n over or just place you on hold for over 10 mins just to hang up again, the last time I ordered I had 2 diffrent pieces of hair in my food and they acted like i shouldnt get reimbursed for that ridiculous!!! this has happened numerous of times them messing something up and giving me a problem to fix it.
Online ordering was easy. We typically get the same delivery drive, he is AWESOME!! We are a small business and he always remembers to bring us paper plates and napkins.
I waited outside your pick-up window for 10 minutes to get my pizza, while honking my horn repeatedly and no one came to the window. I also called the actual restaurant to tell someone I was at the window and they hung up on me. I signed up for the pickup window so that I wouldn’t have to go into the restaurant and lo and behold I had to go in the restaurant because no one would come to the window or answer the phone .
Ordered 2 pizzas at 10:10 for delivery. Stated they would deliver at 10:50. They never showed up with the food and when I called at 11 pm to ask where it was, they didn't answer. This is the worst. Traveling and hungry.
