Papa John’s on S. Hamilton is about to bring me all the way out of character! The fact that you have a child, with no manners, stating to be in leadership, bothers me. She is rude and absolutely nasty to customers. Especially over the phone! I called to see if the credit for a previous staff member was linked to my phone number I explained what happened and the response was, “Well only blonds work here.” That’s fine and all, but I only asked a question. It wasn’t applied and I’ll still happily pay for my pizza. However she says, rudely, “I can give you the pizza, but is that all you want or no?” Umm, ok. I told her she was being rude and that I would come in the store. And wouldn’t ya know she was scared to come to the counter! Lol… I’m black, but I didn’t come to bite. I politely explained that maybe she is having a rough day and I get it because I too have worked in the restaurant business. However, being nasty with your customers reflects poorly on your leadership! She states, “ I appreciate you telling me that, but do you want somethin?” Oh ok!… If you ever wonder why the store lacks in service/ratings, maybe restructure your management team. The pretty little blond that apologized on behalf of the child like figure pretending to be a manager was absolutely amazing though!
Ordered a new york pizza and cheesebread. Cheesebread was excellent. However the new yorker pizza was about twelve inches instead of 16. And i even heard one employee tell the other that it was way too small and to stretch it bigger. However didnt stop them from throwing in the box and serving to me
Pizza was ok I did not get extra pepperoni like I paid for and the crust was really bad and the garlic sauce was chunky like a dip not a sauce

Awful! Pizzas were cut way off center whole pieces of pizza with no cheese and they forgot my pop! Won't order from There again!
Ever since they took garlic knots away they've been just getting worse. Pizza is not good at all, too greasy and cold.
We love Papa John's pizza. We drive 20 min's to pick it up. It's so worth it.
Bad service. Bad employees. Pizza wasn’t cut right. Then when my girl called and asked to speak to the manager they hung up on her then blocked her number so I called fr a different number they answered. The girl that answered tells me her name. I tell her who I am and thanks for the name. Go there and the Manager in on it??♂️?? #ShaqCallMe
Do not get the Shaqaroni or whatever it's called. No cheese, no sauce and no pepperoni. Very disappointing
The dough was not fully cooked. I ordered 4 garlic sauce and received just one. I ordered extra cheese, the cheese didn’t even cover the entire pizza. The cheese used on the crust (looks like string cheese) is still formed and not even melted. Very disappointing.
