I'm Loving it was our experience, I split the two chez burger meal with my sister. Mine no chez, hers no mustard, fry upsized to large and Lg Sweet Tea. Chicken nuggets for my neice and two strawberry creme pies. Fries were fresh and hot. Burgers came correct , tea was sweet and there was enough ice to cool. Nuggets were also hot. Strawberry creme pies were warm and delicious, would go again.
Night shift drive though was extremely rude. She was so frustrated to take our order and even when giving us our food she seemed to be hateful stating “here’s you food” with a threatening tone. Glad we don’t live close to this location. Horrible experience, fries were also cold. Called in to politely let the manager know and they hung up on me.
Just turned 38 and been coming to this location since I was a little kid. My family and I live in Columbus and most of our exstended family lives in Northeast Ohio/Cleveland area. This McDonald's was always the meet up point for Grandma and Grandpa or aunts and uncles to meet my parents and bring me and my sister up to visit if my parents couldn't come with us (or if they probably just wanted us out of their hair for a weekend!). Many good memories.The reason I was here today was actually to drop off my Uncle, who has MRDD handicaps, with his service provider so they could bring him back to Brunswick Ohio where he lives as he had spent time with my family in Columbus for Christmas. So the family meet ups continue!Great location! NEVER had any issues with service and been coming here for decades. I can even recall many times where due to holidays or extreme weather EVERYTHING was closed around this exit on 71, but McDonald's was always open for business! Thank you for the great service, great memories, and continuing to be a meeting place for my exstended family between Cleveland and Columbus!
they forgot my hash brown last time I went :( pretty lame but damn I've eaten here so many times in life gotta give 5 stars lol
The person taking our order got several things wrong even though we repeated the order several times and when we ordered a large number 7 he told us he couldn't make the cheeseburger any larger. He also told us he couldn't give us water with a happy meal and we had to order milk or a soft drink or the system wouldn't let him go on.when we picked the order up the ketchup only cheeseburger wasn't ketchup only, the coke was diet not regular and they shorted us a water.

Typical McDonalds food and prices. The drive-thru ran quickly, which was very nice. This location seems to be better than average in that respect. It's very busy, but moves quickly.
The drive-thru line was long, but the staff kept it moving for the breakfast rush. Our food was okay, and the place was convenient to the interstate.
It's ok. Food is good. Restroom could use some attention.
Ridiculously slow, and rude manager. Waited 20 minutes inside for my order. Finally got my order, got on the road to continue my trip only to find out an entire meal was left out. The "manager" (pink hat, pink fanny pack on backwards) is quite rude to customers and other employees. Called and was told to just return and get the rest of my order or ask for it next time I'm in... after explaining that I am now almost a 1/2 hr away was given a phone number to call to complain to someone else. No apology. Ridiculous.
