McDonald's has been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was a kid and my favorite is there cheese burgers ? and especially there ketchup ? omg it's the best ever. and frozen coke is to die for.
I come through here for coffee every morning. The service is generally pretty good but the food is so unpredictable. I do not recommend eating here at all but they get my coffee right almost every time.
I visit all Mcdonalds locations. This review is specifica)y for the Trimble Road location. All pther locations in Mansfield, OH will get put pies and make them for me after 10pm. And Trimble Rd refuses. They say no. I say i can wait 12 minutes or 15 and i order 6 for the family. Every other McDs will park me and make them. And Trimble Rd, the employees there say its the GM down who says they arent making pies that late. Its unacceptable. The Monicas (our franchise of McDs in Mansfield will fix this issue I hope.) Then they try to lie and say they are out and they dont have none when they have them in the freezer and i have even said to them tou are not out they're in the freezer and ill galdly wait and they still told me no. So hopefully the owners will handle this, or their district manager because this is ridiculous.!
This location is the worstttttt !!give u straight burnt black bagels then have a manager argue with u that’s how their supposed to be …actually there not considering every other McDonald’s doesn’t burn them..garbage save ur money
Service is pretty good at this location. What you would expect from mcdonalds.
Whoever is taking order at the drive through can’t seem to hear correctly. They completely got our order wrong and then got an attitude when we tried telling them things were wrong.
Every time we come here they mess up our order and the food sucks. It either tastes old ex. Hard bread or like its been sitting there all day.
This Mcdonald's does a lot of business. Tonight my husband and I went through the drive through and got 2 mcdoubles a med fry and a LG fry. Fries were raw and the burgers tasted like they had been sitting for hours. Then when we came back they told us to pull around. Health dept states it's un sanitary to take the food back through the window (and with covid you would think they wouldn't take it, not that I cared it was going in the trash anyways), but they took it as if we were lying about it! I don't complain! But tonight the quality was disgusting and the employees were rude!
Steak, Egg, and Cheese bagel was hard, it was not hot, only warm, and not seasoned. Plenty of the sauce that is supposed to go on it, so good job, cheese and egg were also good. Orange juice was delicious. But I definitely expected much more from the sandwich. Definitely wasn't it's usually. And at about 7:30 in the morning, I expected a hot sandwich. It definitely didn't taste like it should.
