Reported them to the corporate office. Rude employees and dissatisfied all around. Totally lost me as a customer. Route 97 Belleville Ohio and Lexington Ave Mansfield Ohio suck! McDonald's is a no go for this family.As many times I've gone to either one, this lady is very displeased.Never again
This is for the Newark Rd McDonald's. Always go drive thru lanes; morning, afternoon or late night. Employees are friendly. I prefer Newark Rd over Coshocton Rd. 9 out 10 visits Newark gets my Big Mac w/no cheese or pickles right. 8 out of 10 visits Newark gets my Double Hamburger no pickles. I get cheese on some; missing the 2nd hamburger or getting hardly any catsup, mustard or onions. I wish that McDonald's would bring back the Junior Mac I really liked them.
Drive thru 2nd window attendant kept his back to us during the long wait. Watched front counter girl take money, then grab fries with her hand in the container...no hand washing, no gloves. Our 2 bags were tossed to us by back-facing guy, almost lost it all, with not a word to us, just turned back around after shutting the window. Packaging was messy, dirty. Food was thrown together like no one cared. We understand being busy, being short staffed, but we don't excuse rudeness.
Why is it every time I go thru here, I never get the food I order? Now to add to the experience, the old lady at the first window, swiped my card 3 times for the wrong order WITHOUT ASKING ME, and then charged me a 4th time for my order. The young guy manager, refused to refund me 2 of the 3 charges.
PLEASE REOPEN THE PLAY PLACE. It is so sad to come inside and eat and kids can’t play. Is there an expected reopen date?
Do not eat here Louisa an older white woman works here. She’s angry all the time and sometimes picks her nose and she just is not a nice person …do not let her touch your food at this McDonald’s
My wife, daughter and myself decided to stop in and run thru McDonalds for some hot fries and hot apple pie for my daughter. She was on her 30 minute lunch break so needless to say we were in a bit of a hurry. We felt safe getting in and out quickly as there was only one other car in line ahead of us at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I gave the greeter the code over the speaker and was asked to pull ahead to the first window. We were greeted with a friendly smile and was asked to pull on her head to the second window to pick up our order. When we got there we were again greeted with promptness and was asked to wait a moment. When the employee came back to the window she gave us a bag and said have a good day. We pulled out on Lexington Avenue and started heading back to take my daughter’s workplace and realized that her apple pie was not in the bag? I turned around in a nearby parking lot pulled back into the drive-through now with five cars in front of me and explain to the greeter on the speaker that we were missing an apple pie. I told him of the mistake and He said politely said, pull ahead and we will make it right. We explained the situation to the first window and asked for two additional pies for the inconvenience they told us to pull ahead and they would make it right. When we got to the second window they gave me another bag. I opened the bag to find the Apple pie we paid for plus one more and I said to the female employee in the window that I was told we were going to get one for each of us in the car total of three and she told me to be grateful that I got the one additional and shut the window on me . I thought to myself how rude and customer service skills were horrible. During these times of COVID when only drive is open, you’re (the customer) is definitely at the restaurant ‘s mercy. It seems the days of being polite and taking care of the customer is long gone.
Got my order right first time in a long time
If the McDonald's on Lexington avenue ever got our order right I'd probably have a heart attack. They almost always mess up our order. What are they incompetent? Update went to McDonald's on 1-15-22 ordered a sausage and cheese bagel no egg with extra breakfast sauce. I got a sausage and egg bagel no cheese and no breakfast sauce. Also ordered a sausage and cheese mcgriddle. Got a cheese and egg mcgriddle no meat. Seriously how hard is it to get a order right I shouldn't have to drive out of my way just to get some decent service.
This Hass to be one of the worst McDonald’s franchises. They’re frozen Coke machine never works, they can never get orders straight and when the frozen Coke machine didn’t work they offered me another drink but didn’t wanna refund me for the frozen Coke which is way more expensive than a regular pop. I had to ask for it then I reminded them that I had ordered one pop and one frozen Coke they couldn’t seem to figure that out the entire order was screwed up their fries are always cold. You need to do better
