Well, the McDonald's I know wouldn't let a shorts wearer behind the counter, and yet this store had a dude in summer workout clothes with his hirsute thighs uncovered. I nearly said something about at the time but I knew gmaps would give me the opportunity to reach more people.That was a gross experience, but I'm a Veteran so I soldier on.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Poor customer service skills. Always have to wait long time for food or pay through app and then get to window and there’s an “error” even though the money already came out of my account. Tried to tell me it was cancelled. Least the guy at the next window was competent and gave me my food I PAID for. Will never go back to this location.
This restaurant is starving for management that is effective in leading and motivating a team. You can order a drink or a meal and 9/10 times you will be asked to park and wait. Never a sorry for your wait, nothing! Breakfast, lunch and dinner or anytime in between, same story. It’s awful, and always 25 employees standing around. Everyone you talk to says the exact same thing about this location! One of the all time worst McDonalds, which is very sad!
I'm assuming maybe a shift in management has happened, because I feel these guys have done better recently preparing orders accurately. This specific restaurant used to really make me angry because of the super ghetto disrespectful staff that I used to have to deal with. But I don't see them anymore! Though I did take a long break from this location after consecutively recieving bad service. I had a few recent stops here and was throughly satisfied.
Why can’t this store get a order correct. You either don’t get your full order or have to wait forever. Management needs changed sick of losing money
Was told to pull in a spot. I waited 15 minutes before my food was brought out. Was missing a happy meal. Employee said she would go get it. 5 minutes goes by and nothing. I go in and they act like they had no idea what I was talking about. The first employee didnt relay I was missing food. I had to ask several times to make me my happy meal. I go back out and wait and I dont even get an apology for the wait nor mishap. Took 25 minutes to get my food tonight meanwhile cars were going right through the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous service. Had I not gone back in I wouldve never got the rest
This is what I had ordered and this is what I received enough said! Where is the top bun?? And why does it look like a mess?
I went thru the drive thru and got a cheeseburger happy meal got all the way home and they forgot the cheeseburger literally the only thing order. Worst place ever
I ordered through the app and paid and when I showed up they started making the food but had me pull to the next window for the dinner Box. After after at least 10 or 15 minutes they finally brought that and didn't bring the rest so it took another 10 minutes to get a happy meal and 2 chicken sandwiches.
I ordered the double cheeseburger with no ketchup, but asked for extra mustard, lettuce, and paid for added bacon and tomato. There was no tomato or pickles and only one slice of cheese on it and still barely any mustard!.. And the beef patties were a lot smaller than I remember from years ago! ?
