Always love this McDonald’s. The food has always been fresh and my food has never been messed up. Which is very rare for me. The employees are super sweet and hardworking.Also I can say this since I’m a customer but screw the soccer mom in the red minivan that ordered half the menu, held up the line, and then screamed at the poor girl at the window for what? Waiting a little too long. The employee handled herself gracefully.
Drive-thruFood order was correct BUT -WORST FRENCH FRIES AT ANY MCDONALDS, EVER, for our experiences. Unfortunately, we have a fair amount of McD's while travelling to Fla, Va, Ok, and Ark, so YES, we can safely say this store had the worst.It was during lunch hour so the FF should have been perfect.Instead, they were rubbery, greasy but kinda dry in taste, and even difficult to bite the long ones in half.The double cheeseburgers were OK, but top bun was stale and kept breaking apart. The bottom of the bun smooshed to a thin greasy/fall apart bottom which couldn't be trusted to keep it together.Sorry, I keep forgetting to take pix.
Order the biscuit and gravy meal $6.80 They gave me a sausage muffin was 15 Mi away when I realize this .Employee that answered the phone was extremely rude. Told me I had to bring the sandwich back with a receipt right now.And then hung up the phone On me.This McDonald's really needs to work on their customer service.Prices go up customer service goes down
Quick in and out. This was a bustling and busy location. They have the dual line drive thru and it was fast and efficient. The food was what we expected from a national and global business. I placed a mobile order for breakfast as I was sitting in the parking lot, I pressed confirm on my phone and walked straight to the building amd was greeted with my order as soon as I entered the restaurant, I don't know if they could have done it any faster! I give this place two thumbs and zero middle fingers ?
This place has a bad habit of putting the rudest people in the drive thru to hand out food. The lady today should not even have a job in any kind of customer service. She wanted to raise her voice and be unprofessional because they messed up my order. Put people like this in the back of the store hello
I told the lady about the last time i was there and got the wrong food and they told me they would replace it the night i called back. So i returned to get the credit they told me they would write down. The manager came over and said ahe wasnt going to do a credit and that Id have to call the main office. She never even asked my name to see if my claim was legitimate. She just said no. Not cool Mcds. Especially when I visit 3 to 4 meals a week from your McDs restaurants EVERY WEEK!
the food is very good just sometimes they just keep refrying the nuggets for their fries that makes them nasty so please they need to stop refined our nuggets we frying their fries except they're too long and make fresh nuggets and fresh fr ies thank you
Ordered and paid on the McD's app and when I arrive at this location, they want to double charge me. I have them cancel the order and reorder for a different location on the app and once I arrive, the new location processes my order with no issue at all. In the words of one of the employees at the location that didn't attempt to double charge me, 'They are idiots!'
I order from here once every other month and I have a big family. They have rarely gotten the orders correct. Just went tonight and got cold fries and they forgot a 20 piece nugget. I also ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single in a double box. What makes it worse is they don't want to make it right you can return your wrong items and wait for replacements while your other food gets cold or get a refund and go with out that food. I get it's fast food but the time doesn't matter if you don't even get the order right.
