If I could leave negative stars I would. Normally I order online but I only had cash as form of payment so i ordered over the phone. After trying 4 times before someone answered i placed my order and drove to the location. I waited in line for close to 45 minutes just to get up to the window because apparently on sundays the lobby is locked and you cant get in to pay or pick up that way which is why the line is long. So anyway I get up to the window and my order still wasnt ready after being told it would be 20 minutes until it was done so the manager told me I could go ahead and pay and then just pull ahead and she would walk it out to me. Ok fine that's reasonable.......but she couldn't give me change because I was paying in cash and didnt have enough in her drawer. Then she proceeded to tell me to go and make change then get back in the line! By this time the line was even longer then before so I told her to just cancel my order and maybe she could have more consideration for the customer. So not happy.
we have been here for a little over an hour because “they cant give 3 hot & readys to one person” so they said it would be 25 minutes. i call at the 30 minute mark & they said it will be an hour & a half?!? i tell her we already ordered & she said it will actually be 10 minutes. the drive through line is wrapped around the building & there is 4 workers standing outside. i understand they probably need a break but FOUR AT ONCE?! update: we got our pizzas & they gave us brownies for waiting so long
Just waited one hour in drive thru line to get told they're only taking online orders. So I say, I just waited an hour. She said they were short staffed. I said I can pull over and make an online order, then what? Walk in? She said the lobby is closed, then I said So I have to go through the drive thru to pick it up? Then she tells me, their is only two of them and they aren't making any food right now. Very unprofessional. I could have spent 5 $ more and had my pizza in 15 minutes at dominoes. You are suppose to have a sign up atleast.
After all of these horrible reviews and nothing has yet to be done with this place! Does anyone ever read these reviews to try to better the experience people have when ordering food? Whenever I order my experiences vary. went through one time at around 6pm ish after placing an order on the app for their new pizza. The calzone type pizza (whatever its called) and the brownie things said my order was ready for pickup at the pizza portal. Me and my husband drove up there and was going through the drive thru, since the drive thru only light was on, and sat at the window for 10-15 mins, mind you there was people in the back and they seen us sitting there and ignored us! FINALLY, someone come to the window and said they were closed. BEFORE 7??? Told the totally unprofessional rude man that came to the window that I ordered on the app and it said my pizza was ready. He didn't have much to say other than they were closed and were not going to make my order. This place needs some serious work! Kept getting emails saying my pizza was ready and to head up to get it, blah blah blah. Next day I went up and told them what had happened the night before and that they closed before 7 and the man I was speaking to acted like he didn't understand why they had closed so early. REALLY?!?!?!?! So they made my order to make up for what had happened and it was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was undercooked and the cheese looked like snot. I cannot believe how much they have gone downhill over the years. I never understood why people would say their pizza wasn't good because I loved it! But now I'm just disappointed. If they need a new manager I'd be glad to take over! lol Someone definitely needs to turn this place around before they totally run in the ground and they close. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
This place is a joke. Your better off going to the store and getting a pizza. I was told there was new management unfortunately this new management has made store unbearable. Last four times I have gone to order pizza they have not been opened which granted I understand that everywhere is short-staffed at the moment but this was noon the person inside stared at me and refused to do anything there was no signs stating their hours had changed nothing so I waited thinking that he would be with me in just a minute . after 25 minutes I left. I keep going back thinking oh it's not going to be that bad this time and each time I'm proven wrong. Over the four times that I have been the last couple months I have only successfully gotten food once. I hope they pull there act together soon before they close down from incompetency
Good place to go if you want to wait 45 minutes for a pizza, if you are looking for hot and ready pizzas don't bother they are sold out.
I would give zero if I could. Placed an order though the app Saturday 1/8/22 at 3:30pm. Order said it would be ready by 4:15. We drove to the park ave location and NO ONE was there! They took the money out of the account and we never got our stuff. Can’t get ahold of anyone at corporate or Mansfield 1/10/22. I want my money back! How are you going to close the store and leave your online order open!!?!?!??? Seriously won’t come here again.
Unless you have tons have time and enjoy bad pizza, go somewhere else. Consistently takes 40-50 minutes longer than the app says, which is already at least 45 minutes. You will wait at least 30 minutes in the drive through only to be told your order is STILL not ready. The employees are not in a hurry and could care less if you get your food. Today, the woman at the window came to the window shoving food in her mouth and was visibly chewing while telling me to wait 39 more minutes and then come inside. Never. Again.

Horrible place to order from, rancid service. Mediocre food. Waiting times are out the window. Lobby is closed for whatever reason for whatever excuse. They don't answer their phones. Food is always made wrong or something forgotten. Drive thru line and ordering system is still broken or not in use. The staff is blasting music and most of them arnt actually working, just aimlessly talking about nothing and not worrying about their job. The manager should be fired, all management in fact. The franchise should be shut down or ripped back to corperate. Look, laziness and sloppiness are not excuses to run a company this way. I've been in multiple food service industries and running this place to the ground is what you're doing. You could make hand over fist and have a great work environment ,awesome people. But you don't. A 3 year old could do better.
