I called and was on hold for 7 minutes and finally hung up and called right back and was answered immediately and took my order which meant that I would have set on hold for God knows how long. Then was told 35 minutes roughly which would have been ok except it took over an hour and 2 calls from me to ask why it was taking so lomg. My food showed up cold and I was asked not to order from them again because I said it was most definitely a management issue.
I was caught by surprise when the Ashland location closed down. Having a loyal customer base there, the owner is offering 30% off to these customers that are willing to drive to the Mansfield location for their pizza ?What a nice offer. I was told by the Mansfield location that they are looking for a different location in Ashland. Looking forward to checking it out when they do.
My review is for the Mansfield location. My chicken salad was fresh! The pasta/lasagna is always good too! It sometimes takes a little longer but they are always super friendly, inexpensive, and very customer oriented! The man who took my order made sure the delivery guy knew where my new address was before bringing it. My advice, take some of these reviews with a grain of salt...the food is good, arrives hot and/or fresh, at great prices.
Always good service and excellent pizza! Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait but the end result is well worth it!! Never had a bad experience here, very consistent.
Coming from an employee!!! When we are busy and you get put on hold it isn’t because we don’t want to answer! It’s because we are short staffed and doing everything we can. If it takes too long just remember we are hiring! We are short inside (making food) and we are short on drivers. If you need a job or want some extra cash please put an application in. We give everyone a chance!
I just called to order a pizza and as soon as the man answered the phone he was very nasty. I asked him if he was ok and he said name please I said sir can you hear me, are you ok? I said you sound agitated with me he say I am asking for your name I said you sound agitated as soon as you picked up the phone and he repeated himself and said name please and then I explained a Pizza that I seen on the website he said I have no idea what that is. Finally he asked me if I wanted to call back when I could figure it out for myself.
Ordered last night about 15 minutes until close! They were so pleasant and food was ready by the time I got there! Best experience yet? as for delivery I wouldn’t order that late. Pick up is the way to go!
No quality in the pizza at all. Would rather get a frozen pizza from Aldis .
Good food I love this place. Great subs. Only downdown is if you try to call after 11pm they refuse to answer calls even though they don't close until 12am Friday and Saturday ..Update for nov 2021, new management, not sure when the joint closes but they still don't pick the phone up within a hour of close time.
I ordered a large pizza at 7:28 on September 30th and asked for delivery because I'm at a hotel on park Ave and was told it would be 24.95 and would be about an hour after 2 hours I called and a different person answered and told me it was out for delivery and guess what never came I called again and a person said he hadn't heard from the delivery driver for almost two hours then I called a 4th time and yet another person answered and argued with me and said it was ordered for pickup and that she would remake the pizza and it would be 28.95 for delivery and she still wanted to argue the fact that I ordered it for pickup and I'm disabled and without a car and then hung up on me left me without dinner at after 10:00 pm I'm extremely mad and tired of lying people who won't admit making a mistake. I won't be ordering from K-D PIZZA ANYTIME SOON BUT BETTER BELIEVE I'M CALLING TOMORROW AND TALKING WITH A MANAGER.
