I love the pizza but the customer service is awful. I just ordered a pizza and the guy on the phone was SO RUDE, and then hung up on me. The management should really teach their employees that although they might hate their lives outside of work, they are being paid to be there and need to show common courtesy. Not sure I will be back!!!!
First time ordering from Gionino's. First of all, I wasn't impressed with the phone conversation with an employee. He was rude and seemed to not be familiar with the delivery area. I should have came and picked the pizza up, instead of waiting for over an hour to have a lukewarm, soggy pizza to be delivered. That was my fault. Lesson learned.

I am considering moving to this town simply based on this food. If you DON'T eat here.... you will never know true culinary love and I am very sorry for you.

Great crew ? very friendly absolutely amazing food !!!! But get them an ac it's so hot ? in there that crew was absolutely amazing !!!!!! And they deserve some cold air !!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!
Solid, Midwest Pizza. Seem to be using more of a Greek style dough.
Ordered a pizza that was made incorrectly, I get it this sometimes happens. Second one delivered is half raw! Not to mention I spent 55 minutes sitting here waiting for the second one. Now I have two pizzas sitting here to go to the trash.
Pizza was delicious and the perfect amount of cheese. The BBQ wings was delicious! Can't wait to eat there again.
