I have never been so disappointed in a meal! I ordered a small fettuccine Alfredo and that is exactly what I got! There wasn’t even 6 bites in the container! More sauce than anything and didn’t even get a breadstick! I realize I ordered a small but I doubt what I got would have even filled a child! And I expected at least 1 breadstick! Very disappointing!
The wait to order was exceptionally long - there was a line that moved very slowly. At least 5 groups of people left because of the line and/or because they got tired of waiting. The order taking was inefficient and the second register was never opened.Food was good, adequately portioned and was delivered quickly.Leaving was complicated; customers were separating their plates/paper/silverware into the compartments near the trash which again caused a line. Other people left their trays on the tables by the door taking up clean table space, while some just left their tables dirty. It was very inconsistent, but the majority of the customers were trying to do their own bussing.So we had a line to get in and another to get out.We had staff ask us 4 (or maybe 5?) times how everything was. Perhaps their time would have been better spent helping with bussing….
My family and I went there last evening. They were having a fundraiser event for an employee who is a Boy Scout. Even though they were very busy, they were very prompt and all around friendly. Chloe and Lukas specifically were very courteous. The interior of the restaurant was remodeled recently, and the space is clean and welcoming. A great atmosphere and experience!
Staff was yelling and swearing at each other, obvious tension between managers and the staff. I felt badly for going there.
It's cheap fast food Italian. It's delicious and filling and the bread sticks are awesome. If you love pasta and cheese you'll love this. Not fancy, just good.
Used to be so good now the portions are so small. I ordered ravioli and got 4 that was it. Plus the food wasn't very hot was barely luke warm.
Food was good, customer service needs some work, just more training on how to talk to customers, in my opinion.
Food was not hot. Everything costs way too much. It uawd to be very good but now everything thwre tastes like a comparison to frozen food aisle from the grocery store. The pizza is horrible. Any gas station pizza bows their pizza away, and is also way cheaper too!
Always said I didn't like Fazolis whenever my wife would ask. But truth is I love Italian food and noway is a fastfood ever going to have Italian food right. Umm. Wrong I love this place.
This was my first and last time placing an order through your app. I placed my order at 6:17pm and drove ti the restaurant. I went through the drive through and the gentleman at the window said my order wasn't done yet. He said that I had the option to either pull forward or come in. I told him i would pull forward. I waited around 30 minutes and my food never came out so I went in. My food was sitting on a shelf by the door. When I asked the manager why it wasn't brought to me she said they don't do that. I asked why then was I told that I could pull forward and it would be brought to me. She said it was that gentleman's 2nd day and he didn't know better. The manager showed no empathy and pretty much made the whole situation out to be my fault. To say that I am displeased is an understatement
