waited over 2 hours and still haven't gotten our 4 xl pizzas ! horrible service! last time we'll be ordering here!
Pizza was not delivered after 2 hours of waiting i called the store was called a liar and I was hung up on by the manager who refused to talked to me. I will never order from this place again.
If I could give them negative stars they would have got waited an hr for my food when i got my sub the steak was burnt so bad it crumbled they said that's how we get it we just heat it up how to you burn something so bad that it's ice cold when you get when I called they said they would reimburse me I told them to come get the sub back but because I ordered a salad they refused to give my money back after I asked them to just reimburse me for the sub they could keep the tip idc I wish I could post pics on here but Nicki at the mansfield office is worthless and needs to not be a manager go work outside of food if you thought this was ok to send out you are in the wrong business
I love their taco ? pizza ?!!!! It is out of this world! I always order taco pizza and peanut butter and jelly pizza. They are great at every location.
Last order I placed I never received my salad . Called today 4/13/22 to place order for delivery and to get my salad that was owed to me and a sub and was told after placing order it would be over a hour and 1/2 wait I then said forget it . I called back and suggested that customers be told prior to ordering about delivery wait times and joe said not to order anything from there again which was not good customer service. Joe also said not to call store anymore. I still want reimbursement for salad I never received. And I am sorry but customers should be told in advance about delivery wait times before ordering food I don’t think I was in the wrong for mentioning that .
Well would not recommend East of Chicago in Mansfield… preorder a pizza at 2pm to be delivered at 6pm… 630 comes and still no pizza. Call the store and the pizza hasn’t even been made yet and they lie about the order initially that it had left the store..
Ordered a pizza and it took over 2 hrs to get to our home. We live in Mansfield. When we got the pizza, it was ice cold and made completely wrong. There were items on the pizza that weren't on the order. My husband called multiple times to talk to get a refund due to wrongness of the order. We threw it out because it was disgusting. We finally got a manager the next morning who demanded we bring in the old pizza for a refund. My husband refused to dig a pizza out of the trash for a refund. It's not like they can resell it in during covid. This whole experience has ruined east of Chicago for us. Won't order their food ever again. Will give out zero stars I could.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We ordered our food at 11:20pm and we did not receive our order until after 1:40am. When the food arrived it was cold and the cheese was burnt on our pizza. I called and spoke to the manager Joe and all he said was he could give me 20% off. No apology or anything. When I told him I wanted some sort of refund he told me there is no redund for a 2 hr delivery and said if I wanted any refund I would need to come and return the food from last night. Worst service I have ever received we will never order from there again.
Don't usually have a problem with this location but,when we ordered a delivery they gave no option to pay over the phone and the driver didn't show up with a card reader like they normally do. So we were left without our pizza and rather annoyed.
Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Got my money back will never return. The food was horrible dry over cooked old and was not made right and the service was awful.
