Constantly cancel our order though we order before they close. Never answer the phone. Left us in hold for over an hour when our pizza was messed up. Refused to replace our order. Terrible management. Terrible dominos. I wish I lived in the area of the other dominos because their service and food is much better. Still haven’t been contacted regarding the messed up orders we’ve received. And no sign of replacing any of the food. And since they don’t feel like taking orders the last hour they’re open because they cancel them I am going to bed hungry once again. It’s ridiculous they are allowed to operate like this.
Started order at 1235 store closed at one... I realize this is late but was going to double tip driver (on-line and with cash) I realize it's not drivers fault but they cancelled/refused my order. Very upsetting, very unprofessional
They gave me the wrong order ! And was late they owe me a pizza . But they did not make the first order right so I don't think I will go back.
Put on hold for over twenty minutes, went to the other dominos since they clearly don’t answer their phones.
Went and picked up two pizzas and bread sticks the pizza was good but the didn't give me my cheese bread they gave me some ribbon things not even close to what I ordered I just want it made right for me not getting the right food and I've been on hold for forty minutes trying to get ahold of them
Had a great experience with food, delivery, ordering. Delivery man was on time with a nice gentleman to boot. Will give a tip next time Promise.
We ordered 2 hours ago and never got our food. It just said canceled order. They didn’t give us a reason or anything. Their food is good but not this. Never had a problem until today. Hoping they will do better tomorrow
My last 3 orders have taken more than an hour just to get prepped and I’ve waited more than an hour and a half each time. When I try to call and cancel I can’t ever get through
I ordered the Brooklyn style crust for the first time. I have to say it was pretty good. I am glad that I asked for well done because it was cooked perfectly. I would hated to see what regular bake is like! It was still almost really hot even though it was out of the oven 20 minutes before it was taken for delivery. All good!
Chuck takes the time to always make sure the orders are correct! Bomb customer service! What would Domino's do without him!!! Spectacular ?!
