I wish it was an option to leave no review at all!! I called numerous times trying to make an order, I finally go thru to some type of answering service. They took my order, when we got to the end of my order she said her system was messed up and asked me to hold. She sent me to the store. I waited on hold for 20 mins before I hung up and dialed back. Once I called back it kept hanging up on me instantly NUMEROUS TIMES. So then I called the other location and they told me that the phones were turned off for the original location that I was calling????. So I called back because she said they were turning them off for 15 minute after waiting they finally answered took my whole order then left me on hold for 30 mins. So I hung up tried to call back and phones were off again.... well pizza hut wins my 60dollar order..completely unacceptable
We been getting pizza from dominos for a long time always got the 7.99 deal with 3 toppings so went to place a order and went to pick up and came up as 37.99 for 2 pizzas really the guy said you have to go on line to get a deal so he tryed to get us to pay for the 2 pizzas 10.99 each don't think so we aren't going to pay that so we need up going to leaning towers better price and deal sorry but yo won't get our business again lost your customers
It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with customer service... I ordered a chicken parmesan sub, a medium 2 topping pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread for DELIVERY, my boyfriend opened his sub, I don't know what this is supposed to be but it was horrible, 6 little pieces of chicken, a half a teaspoon of sauce in one spot, with a pinch of cheese... Called and was told " well you can come get another one or I can credit you for a sub, my delivery driver is leaving" mind you they close at 1 and it was 1030, why would I come pick up a sub when I paid $3.75 for delivery fee plus a $5 tip... WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I AM DONE WITH DOMINO'S!!!!!
The last THREE times ordering from this location have been a disaster. I regret giving them additional chances to get my business. First, they sometimes let you order online, but apparently the system at the store can't receive the orders despite getting a confirmation email. The pizza tracker on my last order still says it's being prepared and it's the next day. The first of these three experiences involved ordering delivery. Apparently they didn't have any delivery drivers, so they canceled the order, but didn't bother to contact us in any way. The second time we tried to order online but it wouldn't go through, so we called. We got a strange answering system that placed our order at the wrong store, even though we called the correct number. Twice, we went to pick up our order only to find they knew nothing about it. 100% done with this place!
I dont ever do reviews but I've NEVER had food delivered so bad. The delivery guy was nice but whoever made my food.... ??? my pizza was way undercooked and had no crust on it. And the jalapeño bread I order was under cooked also. I'm very disappointed!!!!
I order frequently from this Dominos, and up until recently I haven't had an issue. However, I feel their quality is failing horribly as I have had issues the past two times I have ordered. The first time I had ordered a side salad, and they were sold out. I was told by the manager there would be a credit for a salad put on my account, but it never happened. No refund, and I'm out $5, irritating but not a huge deal and not worth kicking a fuss up over. Today I ordered again, and the pizza I received was absolutely horrendous. Undercooked, no sauce on 90% of the pizza, and over a quarter had absolutely nothing. No sauce, cheese or toppings at all. Even worse was that it had been cut, which means someone saw this, cut through it, and made the decision to send it out anyways. I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone to talk to them about it, so I reported an issue through the app (offered a few extra reward points, which using them means you can't use any other coupons), and am now posting here as a warning to others. I am so disappointed that they have allowed their standards to drop this far.
Good ol dominos! This location never disappoints and if they do, their customer service is top notch! And Billy is the best delivery drive the dude slangs pies better than anyone! Keep up the good work billy! Give this guy a raise
Had to call twice to get to speak to someone about placing an order. Sat at the drive through window for over 5 minutes to pick up an order that was already done & sitting on a shelf (no warming light). When I got home, my thin crispy crust was soggy & there was pizza sauce under the pizza covering an area about 3" by 4". When I tried to pick up pieces of the pizza, it literally fell apart. The chicken wings were soggy also & my husband said they were extremely salty. We ended up throwing most of a $27 order in the garbage-nor the quality we are used to getting from Domino's. The garden salad was okaybut there isn't much you can do to ruin a prepackaged food item.

I rarely order Dominos but I was emailed coupons, I receive notification from Dominos. So I had company and needed quick food.The person going to pick up the order, went to Donatos instead of this Domino's on Lexington Ave. The order was sitting on the counter. Our pizza was not even warm. The order was correct but there was a line at the microwave.We also ordered a Mediterranean Sandwich.Well besides being cold, it was the worst attempt at pretending the person who made it cared. Very little inside. Infact some items were missing. The bread was barely toasted.I don't know if the electric bill didn't get paid but nothing was warm even though you'd expect hot pizza.Shame on the manager for allowing this shoddy work.
