Was seated 845 pm on May 12..5 tables were busy an really nobody was in there...than around 9pm some more couples came in sat down beside us...915pm..i have to go ask for a waitress...manager comes an said she was busy...yea right...manager takes our order..which is breakfast ..one couple got up an walked out..finally we got our food at 935 pm...the fiod wasn't even warm...dont waste your time on this place..
Not a good experience all the way around. First off the lemonade was watery with no flavor. Took forever to get our food, eggs were cooked to hard in the middle instead of a runny yoke, hashbrowns were cold and barely light brown, blueberry pancakes were just a big glob of blueberries in the middle with a puddle of butter, bacon was barley fried, waitress said she would take it back and have it fried instead it was microwaved to petrified unbreakable. Had to wait to ask for syrup it was taken from a uncleaned table across from us and sticky from the former table. When we walked in there was a man at a table having coffee and waiting on his meal he was told it would be out soon then later told it wasn't being fixed she would put it in again he set a bit then got up to pay for his coffee which he really shouldn't have been charged for. Another couple came in and ordered drinks they were brought to the table when the lady asked for a straw the waitress didn't have any in her pocket so the man in the next booth handed her an extra off his table that was handed to the lady for her drink. I asked for a container for an uneaten salad the waitress came out with a tray of food and my container shoved up under her arm pit and said here is your container under my underarm just go pull it out. That salad goes to our chickens ewwwww. So in my opinion steer clear of this restaurant. Unsanitary, undercooked food, with the current covid I don't want someone's sticky bottle handed to me, or another tables straw being handled and passed on or undercooked pork then overcooked in a microwave. Only good of this was complaining about my food and experiences and my uneaten meal was taken off the bill.
Very good food usually served on time even when they are short-handed very good service and polite waitresses
It's not bad not the best. Servers seem nice food is okay. I like that they stay open 24/7. Nothing bad to say.
Man this Denny's is honestly some of the best breakfast food in Mansfield, the main thing though it seems to take way beyond forever to get our food. If it didn't take so long EVERY time would be 5 stars for sure.
The food was well prepared and our server was friendly and efficient. Knocked a star off because after we placed our order, our server came back twice to tell us food our party ordered wasn't available. I understand supply chain issues, however it would have been better if we were told prior to ordering what wasn't orderable.The restaurant was clean and the location convenient.
Kudos to the nice blonde server at the Mansfield OH Denny's. They were swamped this morning and very short staffed but she hustled and never slowed down. our breakfast was great and served with the nicest smile! love their food !
I had the best first date at Denny's today. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable.
In the recent months it was probably the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant in my life. My latest visit Denny's, they redeemed themselves and everything was great, service food and cleanliness was impeccable. With new management it was one of the better holiday dining experiences I've ever had!!!
We had a large group but were seated promptly. I wish I could remember our waitresses name as she was awesome. She took our drink orders promptly and then gave us time to make our selections. We really didn't have to wait long for our meals unlike the last time I was there. They were served promptly and in close succession so we could all start our meals without anyone waiting for there food. She was also quick to refill our drinks as they got low. She did a really great job even though they were short staffed that night. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you....
