I'm not from around here, and I came here with my father for the first time. Great place, everyone was friendly was very patient with us not being familiar with the menu. A gentleman explained that they sponsor racers from all different kinds of racing! And with the great prices for good food as well as supporting a local business.. next time I'm in town I know where I'm going for lunch!
A good old fashioned Mom and Pop diner. Well known for their coneys, Coney Island offers a wide range of diner fare from sandwiches to salads to coneys. We ordered an open faced roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy and a Greek salad. Both were generous portions and well presented. Service was efficient and prompt. Prices are easy on the wallet too.
This is just a nice mom and pops style restaurant. The food is cheap and good. This is more of a community restraunt. I just get this small sense of nostalgia when I go here.

Youll feel like youre in 1950 when you come thru the door. But it has a certain charm. And the food is cooked right in front of you at the counter and its delicious and the prices are great!
