This location has gone downhill fast! They are always out of so many menu items because the cooks will not prepare more food, nobody is actually working, ever. They are almost out of everything everyday at 6pm and have no intention of preparing more. Nobody answers the phone there either. Management really needs to step in and straighten out this mess!!

We just picked up an order and both bowls were missing beans and my brown rice was hard. Absolutely couldn’t eat it and with gas being 5 dollars a gallon I’m not driving 15 minutes each way to have them refund me.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Restaurant was dirty, out of everything. No chips, only chicken or steak for meat, staff arguing with each other, refusing to make more food. To top it all off they only put 2 out of our 3 bowls in the bag and the ones in there weren't even our food. Girl at counter told the whole line she could only take exact change then made change for one of her friends that came in. Done eating there.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle ever. They simply don’t care. You can tell they all hate their jobs. Hire people who care please… start with the managers. You’re open til 10, so there’s no reason why if you walk in at nine someone shouts we’re out of this, this, and this the second you open the door! This is a consistent thing with you guys… obviously you’re not making enough food. If you order your food expect to be disappointed just about every time… if you go in to order expect them to be out of items. Tonight I ordered a steak bowl with a large chips and guacamole… I got a whole 6 pcs of steak, a large guacamole container with a small scoop of brown guacamole, definitely not a large, and a bag of old chips! I guess I need to start opening my bag before I leave the place!

We were at the Lex-Springmill location in Ontario Ohio. There was next to no food there! The manager was so very rude to us and still charging full price for meals with only a small portion of rice, chicken and cheese...everything else was gone! We left without food and absolutely no apology from the manager...very poor management to say the least!! not to mention, they still won't take cash, without the exact change...this place is so downhill!! And, it sure needed some cleaning.

Used to loved coming here but for the past 6 months it has been almost unbearable. They are always almost out of everything and are very rude. No workers help each other. We asked for extra rice and they barely put any in and had to ask twice more. They were trying to give less in our bowls since everything was almost gone. Every time I have came here for the past month they won’t sell chips even though they have them in the back. I wish this location was as good as the others I have visited. I would rather drive further and get better service and better food

I am never the type to complain or review anything.. But my experience here was completely awful. One of the employees was extremely rude, we weren't able to get most of the toppings because things were not prepared and the cooks in the back had no clue and were mostly standing around talking. I do understand short staffing and mistakes happen but the fact that the younger girl working the line was so rude for no reason is unacceptable. I was polite the entire time, on top of it all our bowls were not great.

March 29th about 4:30pm-The food was good. The service was slow. This problem could have been fixed by the cashier who couldn't or wouldn't even help redo the lids on the food. So, instead of working as a team, he made the other guys on the line go over to the register to put new lids on the bowls while he watched. So, the cashier just stood there doing nothing while other people struggled. And I do mean struggle! Good job! I think the one guy was new but not the cashier. ??

I didn’t post this until I complained first to Chipotle and they said, “because you made the purchase through DoorDash there is nothing we can do” ….but it was a Chipotle error, if I told DoorDash they won’t do anything because it’s not on the delivery end..This is the third time we have ordered through Online/DoorDash and our bowl looks like this “see image” when we open it. They give you such large portions in store, yet for online orders they really really REALLY cut you short. I’m more disappointed they did nothing to make it right when I showed them the picture. This is an ongoing issue with their online ordering which is why I’m posting now.

Used to have such great luck with the food at this restaurant, I don’t know what happened. Consistently, 3 to 4 times now the food has been very cold at pick up and the lettuce/spinach mix is incredibly wilted and smells disgusting.It genuinely seems that the people working here could care less and do not make the food as if they were the ones eating it.Shame, it will take quite a bit for me to ever try this chipotle again. My last order I had to throw away completely because it was inedible; wilted and half rotten lettuce and spinach.
