Worst experience ever at the Burger King on Ashland rd in Mansfield ohio. If I could give no stars I would have. I ordererd a sausage egg biscuit and sausage egg cheese croissant pulled off looked seen there was only 1 sandwich. I called as I wasn’t going to wait in line for another 15 mins. I called explained it needed to be brought out to car. She said well we are out of biscuits we’ll have to make fresh. It will be 10 mins. Ridiculous! Never even said sorry or anything to try to make it right. I just hung up. So ultimately I was ripped off $3.89. It’s not the money or the fact that they accidentally didn’t put biscuit in bag it’s the principle behind it. They screw up act like they don’t care don’t say sorry and then don’t even try to make it right another way. Worst customer service ever! I will never go back ever and would never recommend anyone else going there either!
I asked for yall to add mayo, not a tub of mayo with a sandwich on the side. Its always something!

Good service and fast drive thru time
Very good experience, but they were out of the brownie batter shake and I probably should've asked them to get a booth ready before we ordered. We sat at a table instead, that's partly on me.
Impossible Whopper didn't taste good and the fries were cold
Dani was working the drive through and she was very polite and provided great customer service. We need more people like her working at these restaurants! Dani your kindness made my day!

New chicken breast deluxe was very good.
Horrible. Waited in line for 8 min to put my order in and when I got up there it was 10:48pm and the girl said they were closed because it would take them that long to get everyone out of drive thru!! Hours say open til 11. I guess that doesn't mean they take orders til 11.
