Ordered 3 dinners online, pick up time was 7:00 pm. Waited an extra 15 mins, missing some of our items. Get home only to find our mushroom and onion chopped steak wasn't even close to being cooked... Not happy. I get it that everyone is short on staff but maybe the company should change the website and not give a pickup time 30 minutes for order time and this will give them time to finish cooking our dinner ?
Really a nice experience! Waitress was so friendly and professional, very attentive! Food was delicious, I love the beef veg soup and banana bread, yum yum
This was my first time visiting a Bob Evans restaurant. I wish they had them here in Canada but they don't.If you're traveling through this area and are looking for a great place to grab a bite to eat with the family, this might be the perfect fit for you. It's family-friendly. The portion sizes are big. The food quality was excellent. They also have lots of neat little souvenirs from their restaurant front counter area. You can even take a fresh baked pie home with you if you like or in my case on the road..I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody it was looking for a decent place to eat.Please like and follow for more great reviews on some fantastic restaurants and some notable tourist type places.
Our food was good, but the service was poor. Our waitress forgot our table was in her section, so it took a long time to even place our order. Then she forgot to bring our silverware. She had asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink, and I told her yes. Well, 20 minutes later, I still didn't have a refill. When I reminded her, she became very hateful. I don't know her name, but if this is how she is going to treat people, she needs to rethink about working with the general public.
Wow I order Fried Chicken Dinner, what I got was 1 & 1/2 piece of breast covered with a nasty frozen breading deep fried, no bones at all and was the worst tasting chicken I ever Had. You would expect good fried chicken from down home right NOT. NEVER AGAIN THIS WAS THE NASTIEST FOOD I EVER HAD FROM ANY RESTAURANT AND COST 13 BUCKS, THREW IT AWAY.
My wife chose Bob Evans as the restaurant to have her birthday dinner on January 17, 2022. Eight other family members joined us for delicious choices! The waitress had our tables ready when we arrived. She took our orders and brought all our meals in a very short time. We like the decor in this restaurant. It really made us feel like we were "down on the farm". Thanks to the manager and workers for always making this an enjoyable place to dine in!
Very clean and you feel safe in there. Real close to I - 71 exit and many other restaurants.
Food was Delicious. Restaurant is very clean. The Friday evening chef is the man of that kitchen. The chef is handsome. Price for four is reasonable.Thank You Bob Evans
I was not impressed at all. One could tell they were immensely understaffed. More tables were empty than being used, yet there was a 40-minute wait for all that walked through the door. The service was odd as well. Nice young woman as our waitress, yet she didn't mark down who ordered what dish. Everything was handed to the person at the head of the table who them was in charge of passing it down to each of us until it got to the correct person who ordered that dish. It's a little different than I've seen it done before. Food was nothing special. Blueberry pancakes were decent, bacon good, although the rest of my party wasn't too thrilled with their order. I must rave about their prices. Most places should price their meals l like Bob Evans does. Very affordable.
The half salad, with grilled chicken and cranberries, was very good! Also, my half BLT. Price reasonable. Server exceptional. Great lunch?
