My Food was good always is, however the drive thru person had their mask and looked to be a winter hat [date and time 6-02-22 ...7:10pm . This person didn't talk at all , once the transaction was completed ...n ok thanks have a good day , I even said to them what you don't say thanks and they just closed the window. Customer service is disappointing

This Arby’s is the best! The workers are always so patient, polite, and efficient. The food is always fresh - hot food is hot, cold food is cold. I hope everyone is paid well over there because they really deserve it!
Manager on night named Charles provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced, was very rude and slammed the windows on us multiple times when we asked for a copy of our receipt. Very sad because we were regulars as we live just down the road, we won’t be going at night anymore to avoid running into him again. Not sure the next time we will even visit after our latest experience.
