We met up with family at this central location for all of us. Our server was great, the food delicious. The only drawback was the level of the music. They did turn it down when we requested so our hearing-aid wearing family members could hear the conversation at the table. The music was returned to the previous level which we took as our cue to leave although we weren't quite ready. ;)
Two stars because the food wasn't absolutely horrible but the service was. And to be clear, This was a pickup order.That I tip 20% for Sarah D to come out to my car and be completely rude. 5 seconds of bad atttitude ruined my whole experience. I then called to speak to a manager and guess who answered the phone???? You guessed it... Sarah then lies to me and refuses to place a manager on the phone. Do not waste good time or money here... The food was mediocre at best! But terrible attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.
Food is excellent. Staff are very friendly.Downer...the cannot play sound on any sporting event do to regulations that Applebee's corporation will not pay.Before halftime of the Super Bowl, we left and finished watching at home.
Applebee's was great and we had excellent service at the Ontario location. The food was so very good. We will absolutely return.
First time to this location. Sat at the bar, as normal, service was quick for the drinks. Didn't bug us while we looked at the menu, but didn't ignore us either. Just kept watch, when we made our choice, he was right there.Food was great. Apple Bees is on our top 10 of places to eat. This one will be visited again.
Service was wonderful. Management was wonderful. The night before Christmas with all of the hustle and bustle this restaurant is amazing. We will be back soon definitely...thank you again and again Apple Bees. A great end to the night after our last minute Christmas shopping. Merry Christmas To our waiter and the staff...?⛄?
My fish, broccoli and mashed potatoes were excellent. Server was quick, and friendly. I thought I was getting off the exit to go to Cracker Barell but found this Applebee's tucked off to the side behind. I'm glad I saw it!
Family of four sat down at Applebee's for a dinner night out.Talked to manager and he only charged us for two of the meals.Worse food I have eaten from any restaurant. Later two of the four of us became sick. Could go on but Why take the chance?The bill was 52.00 for two meals!?! Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
We have ate here before and it was great! Last night we did curbside pickup for the first time and NEVER AGAIN! EVERTHING was cold! burgers so raw we had to stick in our hotel microwave to cook!! Croutons were soggy in our salad, had literally 1 mushroom with my onions for the cold steak! Fries were cold, Mac and cheese cold, nachos had to be warmed up to even be eatable. My 5yr old took a bite of his corn dog and was done. I was told it would be ready 915 and I got there 917. Never never never curbside again!!!
Thieves will steal your money! I got horrible service and had to wait over a half hour in the parking lot after my order was supposed to be ready. When I got the food home the order was wrong and cold. I spoke to Karen who told me I would get my order refunded within a few days. 3 weeks later and no refund! This place is a joke! Don't waste your time or money...
