Terrible experience. Hardly any beers on tab. Even the highlighted draft beer on the menu was no longer available. Food was not good. Ordered a caesar salad with dinner. It was delivered with zero dressing. Our waitress was running around with 10 tables to serve while many other staff members sat around on their phones. General lack of managent in the whole place.
We stopped into Applebee's on Easter with no wait. We were greeted with the friendly server who made sure our drinks were filled. We both had steak hers was medium rare mine was medium both came out correctly. We also had appetizers spinach artichoke dip and chips and hot Queso cheese dip. Food was great service was great. Bathroom was clean and well stocked, would recommend. I was not from area as I had dropped my neice off to her dad. Applebee's was one of only a few restaurants open due to being Easter Sunday.
So I decided to treat myself today and did a online order at this Applebee's. I went in at 11:38 to get it and the hostess was nice and so was the bartender. Well after that it went all to hell. I got the chicken fajita wrap with fries. Its normally a really good meal but noticed I said normally. The chicken wrap was loosely wrapped and liked no care was put to it when it was put in the container. The fries were AWFUL. z I like salt but these fries were salted so much it was like they were scraps off peoples table. So gross cold and just like eating or licking a salt block. Again the staff I encountered were friendly the score is for the food only. Probably won't ever go back
Ontario Applebee's provided great service with a smile( even though our waitress was working a double shift on a Sunday) and very good food also! A nice place to kill time after church when you arent quite ready to be done visiting with friends!!

Absolutely great service and great food. We hadn't been to Applebee's in a long time and we really had a great meal. Hannah was a great server and a very pleasant personality ?
Steak was tasteless and rubbery. Mashed potatoes were dry. Only thing that was ok was my appetizer..Not enough to make me go back. Never been a fan.
My salad was very good. But it was so cold in there I couldn't enjoy it! Most all of us had to keep our coats on. I won't go back anytime soon
Bad customer service. My wife called asking about old gift cards from her uncle who passed away. The person who answered was short and rude. When my wife told her the gift cards were a few years old, she laughed and told her “those are expired…gift cards expire after some time”. After looking it up on Applebees FAQ it says their gift cards never expire or decrease in value. So the employee never took the time to get information or try to help. We called the Ashland location who were SO kind and helpful. They even looked up the card and let her know the balance. Driving to the Ashland location from now on.
Extremely horrible customer service.Ordered food online to pick up inside with friends I was meeting. Asked to receive the buy one get one discount for appetizer was told no I could not becuase it’s dine in only.I could have easily canceled that order and reordered the same food with another server inside to to receive discount. Server was not willing to discount food.EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY SERVER WAS KAREN, or a regina is her name just checked the receipt.Kitchen staff was cool because the food taste good, but was cold.
