Horrible horrible customer service the worst I've ever been to There is a reason why your drive-thru is empty and McDonald's is bumping across the street . Cuz your employee named Don treat your customers like crap . Cusses at us . I am livid and something needs to be done about her. This is the second time the same employee had cussed me out at the drive-thru. First time same employee name Dawn freaked over a cup of water even after I purchase other things. Second time drive through and I said give me just a second she rudely said excuse me and then kicked me out of her driveway I'm a regular customer here never again. First time I went through she told me she was a manager when I asked to speak to one and then today she tells me that she just started. Not good for business. Trust me I'm not the only one she treats like this the workers at McDonald's said that they have had complaints several times because of that woman so keep losing business or get rid of her. Literally I had my kid in the car while she was cussing at me the first time over a cup of water. Slamming the window in my face and everything rudest experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I honestly wish I can give it a negative 5 stars

Customer service is very inconsistent. Day crews are slow but usually polite or at least indifferent. Night crews can be rude and I've seen and heard of several arguments with customers over orders. My experience is that they make frequent mistakes with your order. Sometimes giving you completely different menu items, others just not customizing your item per request. My issued have been resolved satisfactory but even when you have the receipt and show the mistake, some staff members are still nasty to the customers. I have witnessed this with my coworkers. The food is usually a decent quality. They are consistently slow, more so than the other local Wendy's My last drive through experience at 7 am with no line or indoor customers was 11 minutes long. At lunch last week, it took 15 minutes to order and another 12 to get our food.
We are a family of 6,and we decided a couple months ago that we were going to stop eating at fast food restaurants because there food was terrible. Me and my husband stopped at Wendy's on Thursday 1-10-22 to get lunch for ourselves and our children on our way to the aquarium and I have to say it was the best fast food that we have ate in months. The fries and burgers and chicken sandwiches were so fresh and perfect there prices haven't gone up and the employees were very pleasant.
The people are great here. Always friendly and get it right. baconator no cheese with the best laugh. Love these guys!!
The drive thru lady was so so disrespectful! Try charging me .75 cents for a sauce. Had an attitude because I asked fir sauce in the 1st place,slammed the window on me. I will never visit that Wendy's EVER!! Terrible service. I never had an issue with this place until after the pandemic hit now they have the worse ppl working at this location ever.
Always friendly. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait, I'm sure due to lack of help, but the food is ALWAYS fresh and the order is correct.
Always wait forever in this line it’s honestly probably faster to go to the Wendy’s on the other side of town than wait in this line
Would be nice if although they claim to be shorthanded they would at least acknowledge people waiting at the counter, for 10 minutes I kid you not. Several times. It's only this area Wendys btw
The workers there have a lot of fun it seems. Which makes for timely orders and timely drive thru experiences. One of the more favorable Wendy's in the area
