They do pretty good considering they’re always understaffed. I have no complaints ❤️
I know it’s subway but seriously come on. I ordered turkey sandwich with vegetables and got a sandwich with just bacon. Then ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies for macadamia nut… called and the “manager” kept saying what do you want me to do? If it didn’t have vegetables then we were out and if you got the wrong cookies then we were out, what you want me to do??Well you don’t substitute without checking and have nothing what attitude when your questioned…
My bill came up to 25.86 they wouldn't take any coupons, and I will not be going back to that Walmart. This is not the first time they have let me down. Secondly staff was all right, however, when we called the store he laughed at us, and didn't even offer a discount or gift card possibly to use at a future date. You call yourself a manager, I say not. Need to work on customer service skills.
oh for the love of gnats !! thousands all over the veggies , veggies where literally rotting .. the girls where nice ( had to tell them never mind ) .. but come on subway you can do better !! send corporate in .. the place is a health department Nightmear ! ???????
Sandwiches were good as always but the service was a little bit off.
Staff seems like they're not fully trained, made my sandwich and everything is falling out plus the vegetables looked a bit stale . Paid $20 for two subs that we don't enjoy. This location Needs to do better.
A well deserved 1 star. Every item in the order was wrong or missing, twice! The second order was to fix the first one. At least they are consistent. Probably the only repeat business they get. I have nothing nice to say about this place.
Terrible food service. Ordered two foot long pizza subs, and they arrived with no pepperoni. When called and asked, they said pepperoni is not automatic. THAT'S THE MAIN MEAT IN A PIZZA SUB! I also ordered a chicken salad, and the chicken was frozen solid.
A girl by the name of Cassidy tall, with glasses kept complaining of how much She hated her job! She simply walked away in the middle of making a sandwich and another worker had to finish it. Horrible service from that girl. Surprised she still has a job!!!
Must have bad management. Seena worker on their phone the whole time. A very rude girl tall with glasses was complaining the whole time. Store looks like it’s ran by kids with no parental supervision.
