The Store manager was rude, disrespectful saying things like he was the fastest and got mad because my friend tries to explain to him what he wanted. Mind you there was no one else in the store just my friend. He did not prepared the food as I requested and did the most disgusting sandwich ever. I suggest the store manager should take matters in the situation since it was out of order what the manager did. I am NEVER GONNA BUY THERE ANYMORE.
Best Subway location around. There is a subway closer to me, but I willingly have been driving to the 42nd street Subway for several years because of the excellent customer service. Everyone is always friendly and they follow closely to instructions given for sub requests. The quality of food that comes out of there is nothing less then outstanding. With their great team work they are quick at making food and it's made to perfection. The restaurant is always clean and stocked up on everytime I'm in there. I have ordered cattering from the same location and was not disappointed, nor were the others at the event that had the pleasure of trying the delicious sub trays.The sub trays were very well made and organized.They actually looked like the advertisement pictures! I highly recommend this location for your subway needs. Without a question it deserves 5 star out of 5!

Night Manager at South Lorain location the best! Great sammys and excellent being that the sign doesn't light up, but the Mgr was primo in patience w/me as I was lost, and Google Maps told me falsely it was on the South side of the street, (also failing to signify it was in a plaza; FYI next to the convenience store in a short plaza on the corner of 42nd Street and Rte 57, but it's on the Northern side of 42nd, as I've found Google to commonly make mistakes on their directions). Also, it stays open beyond all other ones in area, until 10PM! BONUS! Again, Night Manager, very attentive, and generous w/creative toppings--very fresh, perfectly clean and neat! Deserved the $4 tip on two subs as I highly recommend. I have to say, far superior service in many ways to the East Erie location.

Want to acknowledge Christian for outstanding service. He was fast, but paid all attention to making our subs exactly as weordered. We have eaten many times at different Subways, but these were the best we have ever purchased.
