Can’t say you’re open till 9pm, not have the cone up in the drive thru, and then never take a drive thru order at 8pm just because you don’t want to. Ridiculous, I can’t believe how many times this Starbucks changes it’s hours and the hours are either inaccurate, or they just don’t want to work and refuse to take a drive thru order, even though they are inside.But the best part, is when you go there in the evening, and they refuse to take your order at the drive thru when there’s no line, even though you’ve sat there for 10 minutes, so you leave — but as you’re leaving they gladly take the order of the car behind you. Either you’re closed, or your not. But say something on the microphone at least because there are people inside. Stop ignoring people and picking and choosing who you help in the evenings. And this has been a frequent issue at this location for a long time. If you’re closed say it through the mic. But don’t let me sit there for 10 minutes and then take orders for the cars behind me when I leave.And this experience hasn’t been a one time thing either. I once left because nobody would take my order, in the drive thru at 6pm, went to Dunkin and on my way back home I noticed the drive thru line is filled up and they were taking orders again. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order before I left too. This isn’t the quality of service Starbucks holds itself too. And I worked for this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. Corporate needs to step in and clean house.

The manager was super loud and yelling at employees across the shop and had no consideration for the multiple customers inside. The manager was also interviewing someone and was make the super sweet interviewee feel bad because she was homeschooled. An awful experience.Also the floor was SUPER DIRTY AND THERE WERE TONS OF EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING INCLUDING THE MANAGER.
Possibly one of the worst Starbucks in the area (also the only one close to the city of Lorain).Seems most of the baristas have their own way of making drinks, very inconsistent on coffee/drinks tasting the same from day to day.The hours of operation are also seemingly loosely based on how management feels that day. It might close at 2, 5 or the posted time of 8 p.m.Seriously go to Starbucks located inside of Target just a few minutes away in Amherst.

Never had any issues. The one black guy that does drive through and hate to quantity it as black guy but he is the only one. He is a very nice man and always a pleasure to say hi to him. If it wasn't for him I would take a star because the drive through line is horrificly designed.
This Starbucks hours are all over the place. I moved in the area in the summer of 2021 and was excited to have a Starbucks close by that I could stop by on my way home from work but they’re never open!!!! Sometimes I’ll see them open out of nowhere or only in the mornings. End up having to go to target that’s about 10 minutes away from this Starbucks and that one isn’t that great either. Everything lacks flavor.
I ordered a pup cup and they gave me a dollop of whipped cream in a cup. My golden retriever would’ve loved for it to have been a pup cup and not a pup dollop. It sucks that this is the only location around because i feel like when i come here my drinks are never consistent and they close at 2 everyday.
drove an hour and a half to this starbucks because the website says they’re open & they’re closed. has happened 3 times now. not great service either
