Specifically this place we ordered a Big Mac and surprise no hamburger patties!!! I mean I get you’re busy and understaffed but how do you forget a hamburger Patty?!
I've been to A LOT of McDonalds in my life and this is definitely the fastest. I used to dread pulling up to any fast food spot if there was more than 5 cars in line but here if you wait a minute a car then it's a slow day. I just went there last night and got $21 worth of food that only took me about 90 seconds to get after ordering. Everything is always hot and fresh too. My only nitpick complaint would be that they give more sauces but other than that it's killer. My old McDonalds used to make my iced coffee wrong every time so it's amazing to be able to get that fast and delicious coffee again on the regular. Thank you to the staff over there, yall are killing it for real.
This mcdonalds use to be my go to but the last few times I've been there it's been awful food taste old and dried out they always miss something in my order and things aren't made right I ordered a mcflurry that was only a quarter of the way full they gave me no drink carrier my drinks were wrong they forgot food items I had 3 drinks and the guy hands me 11 straws

I've place a home delivery order with McDonald's on Henderson Dr. My order was delivered and my quater pounder burger was stale and cold in the plastic tray.The taste was not fresh.The slice of cheese was plaster next to the burger,not actually in the burger.Couldn't even scrape it off the tray.Ended up in the trash.Also two of my vanilla milk shakes came with open lids not sealed up on the top where straws goes into.Which cause being some spilled on the bottom of the bag,being put almost on its side.Frech fries were also cold and stale.This order to me was pricey including delivery fee and other extra charges.Will be staying away from this place for their horrible sevice.
This is by far the best McDonald's location in this area! Food is fresh and staff is upbeat and stays on top of their game. I deliver with a third party vendor and you always know your order are right and usually on time when you go to this location!
This place is just dumb they hire anybody anymore.Every time I order doordash they mess up my order it's not that hard to read food off the screenHow gonna give me the hash brown and coffee and not my damn breakfast sandwich
The workers there were so helpful they even helped me find my kid when he ran away we find them at the back of the parking lot and the food so good
After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I had to go inside only to find out my paid order was giving to a different customer. Had to wait another 20 minutes for my order.... ridiculous. .....
Ordered 6 double cheeseburgers. None had pickles and all were wrapped half top bun on and half off making them mashed. Almost $20 for a train wreck and supposedly the printer was down so couldn't get a receipt. Lesson learned about going here
