I was very agitated yesterday with dealing with this McDonald's on Oberlin Avenue. I worked a 9 hour day, got off work didn't have anything to eat all day, so I stopped here. I tried explaining that I had some cash and the rest was on my card, which wasn't much but it was enough for what I ordered. So what did they do? You may ask, the girl charged the whole amount on my card, it took the money I did have, then denied the amount but I wasn't refunded until 20 minutes later. Then she couldn't figure out what they did wrong on there part, she was not understanding what I was saying so then I try telling her, I just asked her for my cash back, which she handed it to me then I drove away. What were my choices ? 1.) Wait until she got a manager, and hold up the line? 2.) Wait until I was refunded then get the food, after 20 minutes 3.)Get my money back and go somewhere else which I did. Sorry Mcds you gotta step ya game up, cause all of that was a JOKE yesterday, I won't be eating there for awhile
Ordered double cheeseburger combo and happy meal. They didn't give me my fries or chocolate milk. Will be sticking with the one on Broadway from now on.
Yuk..fries were stale and cold. The chicken sandwich looked like a little kid threw it together along with a burnt bun!!! Wheres the manager to keep an eye in what the kids are doing?????
90% of the time our order is correct, which is acceptable to me. The mistakes are usually very minor, ie forgotten ketchup packets. Very respectful and hard working group of people. Management must be doing great.
Has definitely gotten worse over the years. The fries are never salted anymore, are always soggy along with the mcnuggets. The chicken nuggets taste like they were left out, and were expired...I have lost feelings for McDonald's because of this experience...
Always pink meat when I get quarter pounders at this location and the other one on Henderson avenue. Every time I have a bad experience I end up getting compensated, which I do appreciate. But it gets to a point where I don’t want compensation, I want a fully cooked burger when I order it! That’s all I ask Mc Donald’s, just serve me a burger I can eat when I get home because the reason I’m ordering out is for the convenience of not having to cook myself when I get home.
This is the best McDonald’s in NE Ohio. The staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, and the food is always fresh! I would rather drive a little out of my way to come here, than go to a different McDonald’s.Definitely my favorite and would recommend!
Food usually comes correct and fresh... The only downside about this McDonald's is they always skimp you on your fries and drinks. order a large fry and it will be half empty same with large drinks
It was good even they machines.
Only two/ 2 Register, looks crowded between cash register, table and touch screen for order. Chicken was ok to bite until almost done, kinda hard. Was good.
