Ordered a pizza with my card, then got a phone call 5 min after saying my card didn’t go through and there card machine is messed up, looked and it did take it off my card and still the worker wanted to charge me again. After aruing with her about it charging my card she said it will be refunded within a few days! So now I’m out a dinner for my family and my money for days! As a mother with little ones living paycheck to paycheck this is absolutely horrible service! It is not the customers problem your machine doesn’t work..sounds like the keener needs to step up and make it right! Will be contacting corporate.

Well I would give them a big fat ZERO, but it's not an option... I will NEVER EVER order from this Marcos again.. They are very unprofessional and very rude.. As a long time, loyal customer I have never been treated that way there before..
after waiting 2 hours for delivery, I get it, noo e wants to work, but my order was completely I correct, being in the restaurant business, I get mistakes happen, but not one of my items was correct
Good service fresh food
This Marcos has always been good as far as I can remember, over the past 20 years. I don't live in Vermilion anymore but I do deliver some GrubHub orders out there, outside of that Marcos' range. Orders are always ready for me when I go there. Knowing the GM from working past job with him, I'm sure that he deserves quite a bit of credit for keeping that place as good as it always has been.
