Great customer service. Loved the great work ethics. It's all the pleasure to enjoy establishment that run fundraisers with your children's school. Lovely experience with carryout. Everything was made properly hot and ready to go on arrival. The establishment was nice, clean and immaculate. Friendly , warming environment.
Vic is the most disrespectful manager at this location. I ordered bbq bone-in wings and cheesy bread for dinner for my teenage daughter. After a 45 minute wait, they delivered boneless chicken bites with dipping sauce. Whenever I called to complain they wanted me to give back the chicken dippers and wait an additional 20 minutes to feed my kid. I live 5 minutes away from the store and order often. In fact, I ordered pizza for my grandkids for lunch. It has never taken this long in the 6 years I've lived here. Nor has anyone ever been this disrespectful towards me.When I tried to explain I have worked restaurant management and customer service positions, Vic told me she doesn't care how long I've worked in customer service and management field that I can report it to whomever I want. When I told her I would not order from them again she stated she didn't care. I said; "of course not, you're not the business owner."As rude as she was being,I was leary of getting new wings tonight for fear of her doing something to them.
I have ordered here for years and put up with cold food and long delivery times but this is ridiculous. I placed an order online but wanted to tip in cash. So to insure the delivery driver wouldn't be discouraged from thinking no tip I called to tell them it's cash. I was put on hold and hung up on multiple times within 5 minutes them answering the call. Please be kind to your customers.
Great gluten free crust and for the price getting a medium not small is appreciated. The Italian chef salad is always tasty too.

Uncooked Chicken!! had a Dog in back !! Marcos by my Job us fantastic, i gave them 5 stars, the location on Colorado would get none if i could. I had a bad experience last time, I let that go and tried them again. They got our order wrong two times in a row, Wings were cold and there was an item missing both times. I went up to return uncooked chicken and uneaten pizza for refund. Was offered store credit told them don’t waste there time, will not be back. Seen there was a black dog in the back in kitchen!! Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere.
Called to order and dude was being rude and then I couldn't use my coupon that is still valid. Talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do about her employee bad customer service. Won't spend my money there no more.
