The workers there every single one of them ignored almost every customer that walked in the door everybody got their order faster than I did when I was there supposed to pick up 45 minutes before hand. Hi Kathy border put through at 7:06 I did not pick up until 730 because that’s when I handed it to me it was already on the shelf and it store 1069. Order number 241. I want to add the women with hair didn’t have hair ties or hair nets no hats only the men that is completely disgusting!!!
Ordered pizza today at 7:45 p.m. said it wouldn't be delivered until 8:40pm. Ok so let's say they busy, so we wait almost a hr to be delivered. 8:40 came around and checked the delivery status which changed to 9:11p.m. For 1 large pizza, cheese bread and a cinna square waited over a hr and a half. They did not show up at 9:11 p.m. so we called. Manager was rude and she didn't care. Said delivery driver had 4 pizzas in front of ours and would not discount. Swore it was in a hot box and would be hot. I video tapped from the time the driver got here until it got in our house to show its not hot. I could have walked there to get it if I knew they can just change delivery time to benefit their mess ups. Have video to always remind me never order from there again.
The pizza was really good. But like most service relatedbusiness's they don't have enough employees. The only thing upsetting for me was the customers. Be nicer to the people that have chosen to feedus.feed us..
Very poor customer service, I ordered online 2 hours ago and still haven't received my order. Hold times are more than 13 minutes long. I feel the staff is very rude and unprofessional. This isn't the first time, but it will be the last.
02/17/2022... Called in order at 3:30pm for 1 Sub. Was told 30-35 minutes to pickup. I arrived at 4:10pm. I was told by the lady who took my order that they didn't even start my sandwich, as they are "backed up". She then turned to another employee and asked him how long it would take to prepare my sandwich. He appeared flabbergasted, then said "I don't know..12..15 minutes?". She then asked for my $11.49. I didn't make a scene or say anything except, "forget it" and then proceeded to walk out. I went to a nearby Mr. Hero and was in and out within 7 minutes without calling in my order ahead of time. Bottom line, regardless of staff shortages, don't tell a customer over the phone their order will be ready at a certain time, then expect them to stick around for an additional "12-15 minutes" waiting for what should have already been done as promised. This was a huge inconvenience, and took me away from business at my workplace. The really sad part about this is, that I'm a HUGE Marcos fan, as I visit the Lorain/Leavitt Road location at LEAST once a week..and have since moving here in 2002. In other words, 20 years at that location..and NOT ONE ISSUE EVER. As for this Elyria location, although it's very close and convenient to my workplace, I simply can not give them my business.
Currently employed by some of the dumbest people. I ordered a medium gluten-free crust with pepperoni & banana peppers. The jackass making pizzas, wearing Oaklee sunglasses, at 8pm, obviously couldn’t read the toppings and made it cheese only. Then his coworker was bright enough to put the toppings in a container to get “warmed up” then slapped on top of the pizza. And they said it would be a 20 minute wait till the pizza was ready for pick up and I had to wait another 20 mins after I arrived
This location is the worst place pizza joint I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible staff and even worse the management is rude. I hope people consider other Marcos locations as this one is awful!!!
Completely unprofessional!!! Today is the 16th of Jan 2022. My order in question was ordered yesterday on 15th of Jan. 2022. I ordered a Italiano sub, my receipt said Italiano but my sandwich was a chicken bacon.So I called emmediatly and talked to a reasonably nice young gentleman that explained they were closed. I explained the issue that our sandwich is wrong to which he said hold on I'll get my manager.Then I heard a terribly upset manager get on the line. The manager on the above mentioned date explained that he had no idea how that happened and then continued to tell me how my phone call has completely ruined his night.after the obvious inpatience with my call I asked what we could do to rectify to situation and was only met by silence. I heard alot of screaming telling the manager to just hang up and come on.I am completely disgusted by the treatment I was given and the very negative yelling.I have fed my family on Marcos for years. I m having trouble understanding the message your company is putting out there. TERRIBLE SERVICE
I love pizza and Marco's pizza is exquisite for its flavor, prices in addition to its discounts are surprising. My only constructive criticism and recommendation is that due to covid-19 and its variants, employees should take prevention when preparing pizza since they do not use gloves. I saw how they answered the phones to answer the calls, they touched the computer monitor and without hand washing they continued to prepare the pizza. They must have a prevention control for a better quality to the client.Update: 12/14/2021I want to give an update, replying to Marco's Pizza. That night I went to pick up my pizza ordered online and I must say that they are not professionals they are misleading the public as they did not have gloves on. So please admit your mistakes and actually try to take prevention and control in food handling for better quality to the customer.
My sister was doing doordash and went to go pick up a order and they completely ignored her didn’t even bother to tell her if the food was ready or if they were making it or anything it was three ladies I think she said or 2 and a child but they refused to even acknowledge that she was standing thier she stood thier for five min before contacting doordash who was also ignored horrible customer service idk what thier problem is if thier customer service improves then I will give a new review until then 1 star as this is the 20th time this has happened
