This place is awful. Was there today 5/22. Stood at the counter waiting for 10 minutes, nobody took my order. 2 girls behind the counter were rude and ignored us. No other customers in restaurant, only 1 at drive thru. Your service sucks as does yor hired help. I will never spend mt money there again.

Have noticed that lately it seems to be going down hill, was one day came in and had two at the counter that walked away from you, leaving no one to take order so I left and went to Wendy's. Then decided to give LJS another try tables were dirty no napkins in holders and only seen one set of salt and pepper shakers on the table, as well as the floor being sticky. However on the plus side the girl that waited on me had a pleasent attitude (though only seen 3 people working and only two in the dining room. So why could one not come out to wipe tables, sweep floor and or put napkins out, since they were not busy at all
The food here USED to be very good and reasonably priced, but not these days!! I used a napkin to soak oil out of my chicken, fries, and hush puppies and the napkin was saturated in oil by the time I was done. And that was from only ONE piece of chicken, a few fries, and one hush puppy. I couldn't stomach the rest of it. Instant artery clogging!! The prices increased in the past year also. The meals used to be around $7 and now they're over $9. I ordered 2 meals and it was over $25. I ordered 2 small drinks with it. I'll pay that and go to Red Lobster instead and get a good quality meal for my money, instead of oil-logged nastiness. I LOVE their hush puppies though, but I can make my own at home if I wanted them that bad, I guess. The manager, who was in back making the food, was clueless as to what was going on. The girl running the register and drive thru was VERY polite, helpful, and had to tell the manager that the orders she was making had already been made and the people are long gone and she rattled off 5 order numbers that she still needed. I think she deserves a raise and promotion to manager and the manager demoted to mopping floors, which need it BADLY!! My FIRST step into the restaurant was onto a sticky, black mat and the floors were also VERY sticky. This is basic cleaning for a restaurant, and if that's what the front of the restaurant looks and feels like, then I shudder to think what the back and food prep areas look like! I won't be back for a VERY long time, if ever again. I gave 3 stars ONLY because of the nice young lady working the register and drive thru and knew more about what was going on than the manager. I didn't get her name, but she alone deserves 10 stars!!
While our food was actually really good, it's been several years since we had been to any LJS,, so the price increase surprised us. Who would have thought that it would cost $30 for 2 meals at a fast food restaurant?
Great service!!!! but fish was crunchy. I like fish soft. Side items rice and corn were good.
The young man that works the drive through has a wonderful personality! Very nice and pleasant! He's a keeper!
Now I remember why I haven't gone to this place since I was in my teenage years. Very subpar and trashy.... Didn't even give me tartar sauce with my fish
