Food is great.. I've been coming here for 40 years. That deserves 5 stars... Subtract 3 for service, as it's gone downhill about as far downhill can get.I attempted to call to place an order to pick up for 20 minutes (literally) straight, busy signal each time. I finally get through and the girl starts taking my order before rudely taking the phone away from her ear and conversing with someone else, laughing and carrying on - sounded like there was a party going on in the background. This went on for about another 2 minutes before finally coming back and asking my order again. Professionalism at it's best!I hear Muhammad's Sunoco on the corner of Leavitt and Cooper Foster has great gyros, corned beef, and homemade hummus. Also heard that he's greatly appreciative of his customers. I'll be checking him out for my future gyro cravings.
Fast, friendly, and tasty. A definite five star yum yum visit. I have never been disappointed. Good portion sizes, wheelchair accessible, family friendly, dine in or carry out. Not too expensive either ?
I ordered $80 worth of food and they just didn't cook it. Then try to make me pay Them to start Cooking my food This is the third time this has happened. And I can't believe it. I used to leave big tips. But this is just ridiculous. I even waited on hold for 15 minutes to place the order. Then sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before going in and nothing at all. SMH. Loss a great customer.
Servers WERE'NT Great, took Random CUSTOMERS Order instead of customer already in Line, Needless to say, I will not Beg employees to take my order, & pay After I been waiting 8 minutes, just take the next person who walks thur the door. They've lost my Business!! Word Of Mouth Is Awesome.

Impossible to order over the phone and you can’t order online. We live in 2021, what kind of nonsense is this? The line ALWAYS rings busy. Forget it if you want to order food from this place on your lunch break or if you’re in a rush. Who wants to wait in the lobby because the owners are too incompetent to upgrade their phone service? What a sorry excuse of an establishment.
