Ordered a large cheese pizza to pick up tonight. We get to the drive through window to pick it up and the girl at the counter says “large pepperoni pizza?”. My fiancé tells her we actually ordered a cheese pizza. So she tells us okay and walks away. She comes back, we pay her, and she hands us our pizza. THANKFULLY I checked the box. They decided to simply pick the pepperoni off of our pizza and give it back to us like we wouldn’t notice. So we told the girl at the counter that we couldn’t accept the pizza because I’m a vegetarian and there is clearly still pepperoni on it. I can’t believe the laziness and lack of customer service that was displayed tonight. Will not be back.

no matter what name you use, Yalas Elias or Frans, this place is INCREDIBLE!! we got a pizza and rigatoni with meatballs. the pizza was the best pizza I've had on this west wide of cleveland. and the rigatoni was delicious! on another visit, we had the french bread pepperoni pizza and was completely blown away by how good it was! Elias Frans Yalas has customers for life!!

Brilliant idea with the name change. What a terrible and disrespectful thing to do to the most iconic pizza in this area. Yalas was legendary and the first thing you do is try and erase the amazing legacy that YOU DID NOTHING TO CREATE. You really should feel stupid for changing the name to Fran's Pizza - just couldn't say no to your ego huh ? I honestly couldn't think of a dumber name for a pizza shop. Tell us all about how everyone was complaining about the name "Yalas". I'll never order your pizza again - RIP Eliseo. I'm sorry your family is ruining everything you created.

I hate to say this but Yala's Pizzeria is losing its touch with the customer service. The workers are young, rude & unfortunately the pizza was cold. Might stick to the south side & go to Giovanni’s next time.

Excellent pizza, but they need more help like all restaurants right now. They really are doing the best they can so have patience when going there ?

Just picked up a Yalas cheese pizza it’s the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been ordering for years. It was worth the long wait today!!

Recently moved to area and have been acclimating myself to surroundings and local businesses. Tonight tried Yala’s Pizzeria for the first time. Staff was friendly when called to order, a little confusing about when order would be ready, told “could be around an hour”. The pizza was hot and ready in an hour, ordered a small carne and Hawaiian. Pizzas were both loaded with toppings, crust had nice crunch, full of favor, tasted great, not overly greasy like some pizzas. The small was pleasantly surprising, enough for two or three people, bigger than I expected. I will definitely return for more pizza in future, but next time will use pick up window to avoid difficultly finding parking spot. If you’re in area, worth your time to check it out. Thank you Yala’s for great pizza at good price! Support Local businesses!!

The pizza was burnt, the cheese sticks were cold. I would think an area were the was an Italian present you would have better food. You overload the vegetables and skip on the meat. When I come back I'll eat sand before your pizza. I see a lot of 4 plus stars you must have your employees and families posting reviews.

Pizza is very good. The line was very long. They are hiring but having a hard time finding employees, like everywhere else right now. The pizza was worth the wait though.

Poor customer service. Messed up our order and yelled on the phone. No apology until very last minute. Was also told they dont do refunds which was preposterous. What business dosnt do refunds? We had to go out our way to take back mess up didnt even let us keep it for the major inconvenience. Would’ve rather had the refund then the sloppy remake. We paid for that $18 pizza!
