Love this Dunkin for how the staff is working as a team to have orders together and get the long line of cars through quickly. The worst part of this Dunkin is the location. It always has been a terrible spot that has not had accommodating space for cars to line up at busy times without being in the road. Having the one entrance blocked off has made things a lot better with the line going much more smoothly but I wish this location would have found a way over the years to be able to accommodate the volume of customers who utilize the drive thru at the same time of day. Maybe someone can engineer a better parking lot format? Still will go to this place even with the slight struggle and worry of car accidents for people being unaware of their surroundings. Love having a special treat for the family every once in a while before school and work!
Imo the best Dunkin around. The workers are super friendly and the service is fast. I literally go here nearly every day, so I've gotten to know some of the employees and they're a great group of individuals.
Could be good if they ever make a coffee correctly. It is astonishing that every single dunkin can truly destroy a coffee experience.
Because this location is so popular, there on Leavitt I think it would be great if they would have a express coffee ONLY Line !
The gentlemen that work there usually make our "very specific iced coffees" we usually come twice sometimes 3 times a day. They got our drinks down perfectly, even our seemingly silly straw requests lol. They are very well mannered and carry themselves extremely well which we truly appreciate now a days respect has lost all meaning. Your parents should be proud!!!!- (cold foam cold brew with french vanilla 2 cream 2 sugar 3 Espressos ) ????
Fast service and pleasant people. Coffee and tea are very good. I think they are better than Starbucks.
I come to this Dunkin often before work and usually don’t have any problems. There has been other times when I have gone that my coffee is a little short but the coffee that I received today was just pitiful. I ordered a large iced latte and received maybe a medium in a large cup. Was truly disappointed with this experience
Usually a good experience when I come here.If your ordering drinks like the coffee is really good but there food is nasty ? this is the worst food I’ve ever had from Dunkin the hash browns taste like they were cooked on a unclean grill and then left out to sit and be cold and the quality of there food is different from any other Dunkin it’s absolutely vial I just waisted my money on food I couldn’t even eat and I will never be visiting this Dunkin again
They gave me two orders of burn and cold hash browns and got our doughnut order wrong
Usually a good experience when I come here. Mainly ordered coffee and ice cream. Make sure to taste your coffee before pulling off if your order is special though because they get super busy and messup sometimes. And if ordering for more than one person make sure to tell them you do not need a damn flimsy cardboard drink carrier because there's a good chance you and your car will be wearing the drinks you ordered.
