Every time we’ve been here, the staff are so friendly! French fries are always hot and fresh and the lemonades are the best I’ve had!
I had cheesesteak and wings. The cheesesteak was good but the wings surprised me they were a nice sized and a decent price considering how high they are now. Really good.

We have been going to the Charley's cheesesteak and wings on Leavitt road since they open and have always had nothing but the best of food and service. Well tonight we stopped by and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The young lady that took our order seemed agitated at our meer presence. She over talked me as I was ordering causing her to have to ask for my order over again. My husband loves the wings and raves about their freshness, until tonight the wings were stale. The subs and fries were cold and so was the service. One bad meal we can over look but the bad service is a deal breaker. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
They have the best Philly steak and cheese of any place around and their blueberry-lemonade is so refreshing!
I have experienced nothing but prompt service as well as professionalism from all staff. One in particular, named Josue, that is always working drive thru. Nothing but positivity and kindness when I come to this location every week. This employee remains consistent with the treatment of customers. When a staff is professional as well as always treating the customers as their #1 priority, then you know you have a gold team. Well done! Will be seeing you again next week!!
Very expensive . Sandwich was so soBacon fries were okay nothing to write home about. Got a small order of garlic wings when I get home they were lemon pepper. Diet coke was nasty watered down regular coke.save your time and avoid this place
Ordered a cheesesteak sandwich through the drive thru. They took great care in throwing my food into the bag, distributing the sandwich all over the bottom of the bag. Had to go into the store to get my money back. The manager gave me my money back and told me to have a nice day. In a very passive aggressive way. I’ll never eat at this location ever again. Got the wrong wings order last week (Mistakes happen) and the GM Rachel went above & beyond and gave me a free meal to make up for it. Amazing service and wanted to give a shout out, this location is awesome!
I ordered wings from you tonight and after my hour long commute i find you gave me the wrong order. I don’t know how that happens when the drive through wasn’t even busy. Not only that no one answers your phone listed on your website. I want a refund!!
