Sad experience. As per usual.
The app seems to be the way to go if you're in a hurry. I frequently come here on my lunch break with my order already decided before I pull up. Give the courteous staff your order number, confirm on the screen and done! (95% of the staff here have been great, others probably just a bad day. Fast food can get very stressful so go easy on your fellow man!!!)I've been here during very busy times and slow times. Wait is always reasonable and seemingly far quicker than average.
This burger king ?? is always extremely clean inside. Which is a great thing but I usually get told "we don't have that" or "we no longer serve that" the very last time I went there I asked for like 6 different things and they told me they are out of them at the moment. Bro there is no way you guys don't have original chicken sandwich, 10 piece chicken nugget, BK stacker, orange Fanta, the ice cream machine is down, you don't have buns with sesame seeds, you don't have onion rings and you no longer serve cheesy tots.... I feel like they were deliberately trying to get jme mad. I do not recommend this particular Burger King to anybody.
The people at the Burger King on Fairless in Lorain is the very worst place to go. Every time I go here they mess up my order. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE BURGER KING ON FAIRLESS IN LORAIN OHIO EVER AGAIN!!!!!!. If you are thinking of going to a Burger King, do not go to the BURGER KING ON FAIRLESS IN LORAIN OHIO.

If I could rate this DUMP A 0 I WOULDFOOD WAS COLD, ORDER INCORRECT, AND MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND ACTUALLY USED PROFANITY ON THE PHONE.SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I gotta tell you guys, Burger King has stepped their game up recently, this has been a quiet shift, but oh is it a big one. First, the chicken nuggets. $1.49 for TEN STANDARD SIZED WELL SEASONED CRISP NUGGETS. Sometimes I look at the world around me and wish I was born just a crazy caveman chasing mammoths with a stick, but baby OH BABY what a time it is to be alive! Name one more restaurant that can feed 10 people for $15. The burgers are great as well, I love a good impossible whopper, just a solid experience. The location is good, the employees are fast.
Food isn't always fresh, but it's edible . I do however love their original chicken sandwich . Just ask for it fresh ?
