Absolutely love this Biggby and the Biggby in Elyria. They always get my order right and are always nice and pleasant to deal with. In Lorain, the manager, Krista, (I hope I spelled that right) is so nice and friendly. Something not many places have in their employees anymore! There's also a young man there (I don't know his name) who makes you feel like your old friends. He is always pleasant and speaks to me when I come through with my husband. The coffee is AWESOME, way better than at Starbucks!
I asked what was the flavored coffee of the day was and repeated the same question three times today at 2:30pm to the very rude( hard of hearing)young lady behind the microphone. She responded we just poured it out. Did not provide a answer of the flavor nor provide another option. After a lengthy/awkward delay and long pause between her response. I just stated she just provided horrible customer service and drove off. This is the fourth time I received this kind of service. I will not be back. The 1.09 cents I would have saved in buying my cup at Biggby coffee I will give my loyalty back to Starbucks.
I went to Bigby's for the first time in my life, I loved the coffee and I loved the service. But about an hour later I got severely sick and my heart rate was way higher than usual, so I have no clue if I just got randomly sick or if it was the coffee. I will try the coffee again but what I got scared me because I have no clue if it was the coffee or not.
I usually don't write reviews for anything but I had to for this one. A couple times a week I stop at the Biggby coffee in Lorain for my morning coffee. There's a young lady that works there that is so nice and down to earth. I've been going there for months now and the barista knows my name and knows my order and makes me feel comfortable. I enjoy going to this Biggby over the Elyria one because she makes me feels important, not just another customer paying and rushed away. I don't know her name but she is tall and has tattoos all over her arms. She deserves a raise Biggby and keep her around because from a customer's viewpoint I feel important and acknowledged, not like I'm just someone passing through. As long as she's working I'll keep coming back!! It's a tough cruel world and for some reason this young lady reminds me that not all people are bad.
Had my debit card information compromised by an employee at this store, the manager called me and offered no apology or anything, told me to stop blaming his employees for things I couldn’t prove. Horrible customer service, I would absolutely never get coffee from this company ever again. I ended up having over $2000 in fraud charges because of his experience, I would never ever in 1 million years recommend this place to anyone. Horrible management, horrible employees. And they made my coffee order wrong, I asked for a blood orange Red Bull cream freeze they gave me strawberry, bad experience all around.
The staff at this location is awesome! They’re pleasant even when they’re busy. I would like to see a larger size option, as I need a ton of coffee to get myself through the day. I tend to go to Dunkin if there isn’t a long wait because I get a larger coffee for less of a cost. However, the coffee at Biggby is super tasty and I love that there is an option besides Dunkin on that corner.

just came through the drivethrough and Luna helped me out. LITERALLY THE BEST, they are all so chill and fun to talk to !!! will definitely come get my coffee just to talk to them any day of the week!!!!
I hadn't even received my order yet and the lady at the window was asking for a tip. That isn't right. Now I feel obligated to tip her for doing the job she already gets paid to do or risk receiving bad service? I think I'll stick to Dunkin from now on.
