If you love wings you will love this bar! Must try the ghost pepper ranch wings!
I don't have a track record of leaving bad reviews.. but this one was tough.. Walked in on a seemingly slow day... and no one was there to greet or seat me. One server was there for 3 or 4 tables.. saw me.. didn't wave and say hi or anything.. just kept serving people. I went to the restroom to kill time. Came out to find two more people at the wait area. Finally 3 new faces appeared.. lady was nice and quick.. sat me. New person then shows up to take my drink order after I sat for 5 or so minutes. Took another 5 to get my water. Then in the ordering process it seemed like I was annoying for asking any questions. Felt like a drive thru at McDonald's more than a interactive sports bar type area. The app food came around 10 mins later.. was ok.. just coldish.. main food came and it was around the same.. cheese on the fries (which I had no idea would be a "garlic fries", these are cheese fries) the cheese was cold and together. I just took the whole layer off and ate the seemingly cream fries as is. Got one refill on the water.. sort of ate as fast as I could.. and left. Sad, as I was trying to support a regional chain instead of a national one while in town, and now I'll just go to Subway or something for eating this week.
I would not recommend! Just walking in and sitting down the place was not clean. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were just busy before we got there. However, while we were there the same dirty tables never got cleaned and they never got very busy. The bathrooms were not clean either. We ordered appetizers… when we received them there was not cheese in the mozzarella sticks, and the rest left a lot to be desired. After quite some time our chicken was super dry and my salad had brown avocado and my lettuce was no fresh as well. The service was mediocre. Definitely not worth what we paid!!
Great service from Chris...sis in law said her quesadilla was very tasty and my wings were fab too. Cold beer and quick service from server and original bartender too. Were seated quicker than quoted on time so that was nice. Thanks
Food and service was excellent. I don't eat here often, but when I did in the past, the service was kind of lacking. Not so, however, in my most recent experience. The waitress worked really hard, was friendly and professional. The food was mostly hot and fresh, though the chili soup was lukewarm temperature-wise. Overall, the dining experience here is recommended.
First time ever visiting this chain. Our service was terrific which why three stars to be honest. The quality of food versus the cost though not so much. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries, a quesadilla, fish n chips, kids meal and bbq pork sandwich and fries and appetizer sampler. $116? That much money for essentially bar food!? As I said, our server was wonderful but the quantity and quality should match the price and it falls flat.
First time eating here waitress was really nice but food was awful me and my friends came here and all got wings traditional and boneless everything was cold and the traditional wings were nasty and looked very disgusting.. management was awful .. would not recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t already ate here was not worth our bills
Good food, lots of gluten-free choices. Husband had the blueberry lemonade and it was yummy
If I could give my service/experience zero stars I would. Took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and 2 of them were wrong. The waitress Caroline I believe was her name told us she forgot about us. It took close to an hour to get our food. My whole order was wrong. My daughter's and boyfriend's food was cold and dry. Neither one of them ate their meals. It was an awful and long experience.
Food was great, next time I'll get the hottest sauce cause the regular 'hot' was mild. Order got Messed up but fixed and took awhile, server said he was new. Found it he wasn't, he just wasn't that great, but that happens. Overall good time, clean place, very friendly.
