Rewards are non-existent, a SCAM older people that are not techno savvy are left behind. They need people at the Kiosk to help people order and use their rewards
Almost never get my order made correctly. Staff is rude most of the time I am there and make me feel like I'm a bother simply ordering food. Will not be visiting this taco bell anymore.

Everybody likes Taco Bell but their drive-thru takes a while the lines would be long sometimes
Absolutely terrible experience. I will NEVER return there. Placed my order online to try to save time. HA! When I placed the order, I stated to walk in to pick up the order. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said, "Lobby Closed." At the drive thru, there was a line of cars that wrapped around the building and spilled into the road. I went in and just wanted to ask if I could pick up my online order. What a got was 2 buckets attitude and was told I had to use the drive thru. The food was cold because the drive thru literately took 35 minutes. Never again! And do not give me that COVID BS as an excuse.
