Decades of subway experiences were tested by this one subway shop. Asking a sandwich to be toasted does not mean only the meat should be toasted. When I went to correct this, I was met with confusion from the five employees behind the counter staring at me. Colleagues who also work in this area claim this is a normal occurrence and the shop is generally run poorly. I suggest you go to the other subway in town. They're better ran and the sandwiches end up tasting better.
I ordered a pizza sub and asked for extra marinara through the drive through, and these guys dumped so much on there. I don't know if its because it was 20 minutes before they closed but definitely not coming back to this subway in lima. Edit: just tried eating it and it was the worst sub I've gotten from subway on God.
I'm very impressed with the new recipe for the chicken back ranch sub. I loved my sub and the employees weren't too bad either?
3 workers, which is more than most locations ive been to, no customers at all, yet they closed up over an hour early because of being understaffed.It was literally just me and my co-worker (so 2 people). It takes ONE person to make a sandwich. Pre-covid, ive been to many locations with only one person manning the counter and taking on 5+ customers at a time.Also absolutely no sign up saying closed. You have to try the door to find out theyre closed.Very poor excuse.The workers were also just standing around, eating, and playing on their phones. They werent even cleaning up to close.
It was good, quick and I'd recommend.

If I could rate it 0 star I would have. We asked for 2 subs with chipotle sauce, none was put on one, and the other one had a funky flavored chipotle. The sandwich looked smooshed together. Will never go back to this store.
Seems like they got a lot of new employees recently and they're all so energetic and welcoming. Plus they're pretty quick at getting a line through
This was a really neat experience I went through the drive through which this is the first subway I have ever seen with a drive through and they actually have a window where you can watch them make your sub from your car
I love the variety that Subway offers but sadly they must get only a 3 star rating and it's not on the employees,they did an amazing job. The management needs to get them more help so they can actually have the doors open.
