I get the same drink at every Starbucks and everytime I come here it’s always done perfect! This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to! The employees are so nice and even though they were busy, they had our drinks out really fast!
Drink was perfect. Service not as friendly as most. Watched an incounter with another customer that was uncalled for. Most Starbucks are super friendly and nice this one not so much.
Simple requests seem to be the most difficult to accomplish. Very frustrating for the cost and inconvenience. Nothing irritates like screwing up a coffee order.
One of the workers was extremely rude. Me & my friend had to separate orders & I went to order mine & she cut me off & did not let me finish. POOR costumer service today.
Let me say the staff was amazing. Quick, helpful, and nice. Spending time working on the computer at Starbucks isn't always easy, but I'd come here time and time again.
This location has terrible service! I have tried on numerous occasions different t times of the day. You never know what you are going get.
The drive through is always quick and easy in the morning and the staff is so kind. My iced brown sugar espresso is always incredible. I hope my barista’s pillow is cold on both sides tonight. <3
First time I've been to this Starbucks. Fast service in the store. Next time will probably drive thru.
The baristas who work the window are some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, which is no small feat given how cranky a lot of customers are these days. I gave this location 4 instead of 5 stars only because Covid staffing issues seems to have hit this location extra hard, & as such, their hours have been erratic & unpredictable.
Dysfunctional. Of the 4-5 times I have visited during listed business hours, it has been closed all but one time. And that one time the line was moving so slow that we gave up after 10 minutes or so with only a few cars moving. This place needs to improve badly.
